Great stay, amazing location and views from the apartment

Pros: Location was excellent. Accomodation was excellent, spacious, clean and amazing views. Loved the fact they had a washer drier available.

Cons: Lots of security to get in, codes for the entrance, lift and door

It would be a perfect stay if the communication and the way they handle guests would be a bit better organized.

Pros: Awesome views, very well equipped and comfortable. Awesome rooftop. Very spacious.

Cons: Minor problems. Not all outlets work, light in one of the rooms wasn’t working. But otherwise great. The communication was very complicated. Different numbers for different issues and not very well organised.

Pros: Excellent size unit for a family vacation. Great pool and gym 🏋️‍♂️.

Check in and out easy . Absolutely perfect .

Pros: The view was amazing and felt very safe . The apartment is pure luxury.

Cons: Only two wine glasses . But that’s nothing x

Pros: I like the location and the building and how parking is included.

Cons: Property was good! The only issue we had was with the deposit. It was a lot of back and forth and it took 2 weeks to get back but we were compensated for that!! That’s why I give them a 10 for handling the situation professionally.

Pros: Appartamento molto gradevole, comodo, ben attrezzato e pulito. Offre una vista spettacolare sul quartiere. Peccato che proprio durante il periodo del nostro soggiorno in questa zona è stato ordinato il coprifuoco dalle 20 alle 06 a causa delle violenti proteste . A parte questo disagio il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto . Consiglio questo appartamento perché corrisponde perfettamente a quanto descritto. Host cordiale e reattivo. Ci tornerò! Non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso della cauzione....speriamo arrivi!

Pros: I love the way communication was so easy, the people were nice in the area and we had so much peace

Great location especially if you have a car, very large 3 bedroom, 3 bath

Pros: Luxury apartment, top notch facilities, great parking spot inside building, downtown LA location, great view. Great value overall

Cons: Some unforeseen issues with city, but great staff made us whole!

Overall it was a good experience. They should work on meeting at the location to get the keys.

Pros: The apartment was decorated well with very nice views of the city.

Cons: Getting the keys and various codes was very stressful. We were supposed to meet at an Ice Cream parlor called Parides and it was a different name. It appeared to be a scam at first, but we eventually met with an older lady on a street corner that had the keys. Also it took 14 days to get our deposit returned. It was supposed to be a maximum of 5 days.
