Pros: It was close driving distance to all the main attractions Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Hollywood & so much more. It felt like home

Pros: Good location, spacious, had all the amenities we could ask for. The owner had left some snacks & drinks for us as well as plenty of coffee and tea. Beds were comfortable and property was as advertised.

Cons: The driveway was quite narrow for our large rental vehicle.

Pros: Upon our arrival our host met us in the driveway, he escorted us into the home, extra bonus we are four Sr. ladies traveling together, our host carried our bags upstairs. Way to go.The location was very quiet. The property was very clean. This place deserves more than a ten rating. Our host lives nearby and he told us don't hesitate to call him. Great host, great location, great property with ammunties, wonderful price. I cant say enough about the place. See for yourself.

This place is perfect for a big family visiting LA. Comfortable, quiet and close to everything

Pros: The location was perfect! It was quiet and residential, but close to all the Hollywood sights we wanted to see. No one had to share a bed or sleep on a sofa, there was so much room for a big family to spread out and relax after a long day of doing vacation stuff. I love that there was a large, easily accessible area on the roof with a 360º view that we did not expect. The first afternoon was not cloudy or hazy and we could see the Hollywood sign, downtown LA, and mountains to north and south. It was nice to go up there and have a drink and just look all around and enjoy the cool weather.

Cons: The driveway and parking was tricky when driving an unfamiliar large rental minivan. I got better at it by the second day, but I'm thankful I paid for the damage waiver because I scuffed the bumper on my first attempt to back out and hit the mirror on one of the tree trunks. Street parking was an option, but there was never a convenient spot available so I just did it slowly and carefully each time and was able to park right at the front door.

I 100% recommend this house if you’re looking for a 4 bedroom house with a beautiful view of downtown for a good price
