Pros: Nice clean apartment in a modern house with a a safe parking space. 5min to the metro. Perfect informations for the self check-in.

Pros: Located to everything easily, really clean and they were super helpful!

Comfortable

Pros: Well equiped kitchen, good beds, hot shower. Everything we needed for our stay in LA. Close to the metro.

Cons: Nothing really.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment

Pros: Great location with secure parking was well equipped in the kitchen

Cons: Only had 4 large towels and no hand towels

Convienant but questionable if this should be available on Booking.com due to building T&Cs

Pros: Property was clean and tidy on arrival. Parking is great and convenient. Location is good for getting to universal studio and Warner Bros tour. It’s also on a good run on 30/40 minutes from Disney. Kitchen facilities were good. And bathroom was clean, the bath tap ran with the shower but not a big issue. Within the building felt safe.

Cons: We felt a bit uneasy that the property has signs around it saying Air BnB and short term leasing is against the T&Cs of the apartment block and being told we aren’t aloud in certain parts of the complex. We were also shown the lift which was a longer walk but would avoid security which seemed unsettling. I also received texts from the owner at 2am and 10:30pm which seemed a bit inconsiderate but not a massive issue. The spare double bed had a small stain on it, which the owner was already aware of but we only used 1 bed so wasn’t too much of an issue. The area around the complex didn’t feel too safe at night, fine in the day. A sofa/ sofa bed in the apartment would be nice to have rather than 2 double beds.

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. Location was perfect for sightseeing. The owners left a couple of snacks which was a very nice touch... In one word - Excellent 👌😊

Great location and clean accommodation

Pros: The place was clean with linens, towels, hair dryer and iron provided and also coffee, tea and condiments and dishes. Close to the metro and buses and easy to get to hollywood blvd and its attractions. Great for a stay even if you don't have a car.

Cons: A mirror in the common space would have been handy so one can get ready while the other is using the washroom. It would have been great to have access to the pool, fitness centre and outdoor deck but those we were told were inaccessible due to covid and apartment rules.

Pros: A localização aparenta ser um pouco degradada mas é super tranquila, bem localizada e de fácil acesso. A Hollywood Blv.é um pouco barulhenta devido ao trafego, ambulâncias , policias, bombeiro, mas isso não é uma coisa que me incomoda, é mais a titulo de informação. Dormimos super bem, apartamento com alguns temperos basicos na cozinha e muito útil. Voltaria com certeza.
