Good in general.

Pros: The host was very helpful whenever we had any questions and they tried to solve it for us. The location is quite centric.l and it was clean with all utilities needed to cook available (except an oven but you can cook many things without an oven).

Cons: I accidentally left some cables in the room and they were not able to retrieve them back (even though I was in LA available to pick them up).

Pros: good area, grocery store in the building, not bad for those who don't drive a car, big room

Cons: all the furniture is very old and battered, the table is generally terrible, paint it white, the toilet brush is in a cut bottle, the toilet paper holder is torn off, the lid in the bathroom keeps falling off, not perfect cleanliness, I found a long black hair on the new bed, also the floor was washed badly

Fine.

Pros: The location is fine, not far from Little Tokyo MRT station, but it still will be better to drive by yourself but not take bus or MRT. Facilities are clean and in good conditions.

Cons: Do not go to the street in the south direction, there are too many homeless.

Overall to my satisfaction

Pros: It was a comfortable stay. I appreciated the washer and dryer being available as well as a dish washer.

Cons: A remote control was not available and would have liked more information on businesses around the premises. In addition to information on a shorter route to get to the room.
