Art District Downtown Spacious Homes

Pros: Everything was great. Our flight got canceled three times and the owners were really understanding and helped us with everything. Its near Little Tokyo metro station, so its easy to go everywhere.

Great stay but difficult to access assistance re entry codes.

Pros: The location was very good and the unit was spacious and quiet.

Cons: I liked the property but found the process of obtaining codes etc to access the unit difficult. Messages came through via email but you were unable to reply to the emails and it was difficult to actually speak to anyone to help.

Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Great location close to Little Tokyo metro and shops. The beds are very comfy and clean, even the sofa bed that we used was very comfy. Easy check in and check out. Great faculties in the unit.

Pros: Everything except the parking issue. You need to email them in advance to reserve it. I didn’t so had to do street parking for $3 every 2 hours. We were visiting and didn’t have a mobile number so could not pay via the app. 8pm to 8am is free and Sunday is free parking too. So we made it work. Everything about the property was outstanding. Not noisy, private, exceptionally clean, small things were provided. The location is spot on too. The 6th floor sitting area is epic!! The views were awesome at night!

Cons: Can just give very minor suggestions: 1. Tourists can forget so if a reminder message can be sent just confirming from the customer if they will need parking - would be great 2. There were no teabags given - only coffee pods, sugars and creamers. Usually accomodations also have teabags and we like coffee and tea both so missed having that 3. The less fat pillows are in the linen closet so if they can also be placed on the bed it would be nice, esp if kids are mentioned in a booking. The pillows were too fat - for the lack of a proper word - for my kids

Good, but they can do better

Pros: The apartment was very well equipped and everything was very nice.

Cons: They were slow to send me my access key, which caused uncertainty. I recommend you no longer use the location or photos of the other location; use the real ones.

Pros: Loved the place the way it was maintained and the facilities.

Cons: Everything was perfect, except the parking which we weren't used to. It would've been better if parking slot was provided. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Incredible downtown gem!

Pros: Perfect location in the heart of downtown! We loved the chic design and spotless space. The rooftop lounge area was such a vibe—great for morning yoga or sunset cocktails. Highly recommend!

Cons: Parking. Parking was tight & everyone was double parking because street parking was also hard to find.

Pros: Superb, well-lit, excellent and clean facilities. Nice interior design and very spacious. we traveled all the way from Philippines, our home country and after a long flight, we got to have a nice rest.

A modern and inviting stay near Little Tokyo, galleries, and nightlife.

Pros: This apartment was a great find in Downtown LA. The unit was quiet, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Being in the Arts District meant great food, coffee, and breweries right outside the door. Little Tokyo was an easy walk and quickly became a favorite spot. I’d recommend this place to anyone visiting DTLA
