Great quality of the well-equipped and located apartment and excellent contact with Sophie, our host.

Pros: Great location in the Downtown LA, just 20 mins walking from Crypto.com arena. Excellent contact with the host - Sophie - who not only was very helpful with getting to the apartment and accessing the parking, and sharing options for the breakfast in the area, but also helping us checking other points on our California tour.

Cons: The windows in the living room in the apartment are not very noise-proof, but luckily in the bedroom it was ok.

Pros: A acomodação é espaçosa, com riqueza em utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama e banho , amenidades, água quentinha e tudo limpinho… tudo o que precisamos estava lá … A Sophie foi simplesmente sensacional, a forma de nos atender, os detalhes essenciais a qual ela nos orientou frente ao check in, localização da garagem para o carro(super segura aliás) , um passo a passo perfeito e sem erros! Muito obrigada!

Cons: A localização foi ótima, estar de carro fez a diferença nas movimentações… o entorno tem muitas pessoas em situação de rua, mas nada que tenha nos atrapalhado.

Excellent value in downtown LA.

Pros: We had a comfortable six night stay. The property was safe and secure with a very nice gym on the lower level. The property manager was friendly and responsive. The apartment was very spacious and the two queen beds were comfortable. The unit has a full kitchen and in-suite laundry.

Cons: The toilet often made a running noise after flushing. The thermostat for the AC is in the hall so needs to be turned quite low to cool the bedroom. Very minor issues that did not inconvenience us or impact our stay.

Stress free, cozy, and comfortable

Pros: Surrounding eateries/restaurants within walking distance. Relatively safe for DTLA.

Cons: Few roaches in one of the apartments/spaces, which was dealt with, but clean overall. The illegal & legal fireworks during 4th of July, but was out of anyone's control.

Pros: Het appartement was schoon, ruim en had alles wat we nodig hadden. De locatie is perfect – dicht bij restaurants, winkels en openbaar vervoer. De communicatie met de host verliep soepel en vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader als je een comfortabele plek zoekt.

Cons: ze rekenen niet online. U dient dit bij het inchecken te betalen

Pros: L’appartement était exactement comme sur les photos, voire même encore mieux en réalité. Le propriétaire était très sympathique, et le personnel qui m’a accueilli était également très agréable et serviable. Je recommande sans hésiter !
