Beautiful Apartment, very convenient for the beach, nice host, great location!

Pros: This apartment was tidy, pretty and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was pleasant, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the little balcony! The host was friendly and the location was really great. It's a short walk to the beach and close by to eateries, Target and CVS about 10 minute walk away. I also liked the use of the washing machine and dryer, although I did not use the dishwasher. Overall a recommended unit!

Cons: Unfortunately for part of my stay, the upstairs residents were incredibly noisy stomping around at odd hours. The host was very helpful and did convey my comments to the upstairs unit owner. That aside the stay was comfortable, and Santa Monica is a beautiful place to visit!

Lovely apartment ideal for Santa Monica

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and it was extremely well looked after Apartment block. it was also very quiet so no problems with noise from other flats beds et cetera however they could've made a bit more effort with teas and coffees on arrival, as we got there late and we couldn't have anything. Apart from that, everything was great.

Cons: Lack of tea and coffee making facitilites

Зручно, комфортно, привітний персонал.

Pros: Близько до пірсу. Новий дім. Квартира стильна, є 2 великі спальні з великими зручними ліжками.

Cons: Дуже чуйний датчик диму :) при готуванні яєчні - спрацював 🤣 У пральній машині були вологі ганчірки. На верхніх полицях у кухні павутина.

Pros: Die Lage war super, die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone und zum Strand. Die Ausstattung mit Handtüchern, Küchenrollen etc. war auch sehr gut. Das Appartement selbst modern schön eingerichtet.

I wanted a comfortable place to relax and unwind, and this place checked all my boxes.

Pros: Love the location. Great beds. Wonderful walks above the beach, and close to cool cafés. Love the secure parking. The apartment was super clean, and simply but nicely furnished, not cluttered. Elevator was responsive, and as most of my activities were close, I. Was never rushed.

Cons: Traffic noise at night was a bother, but I’d still book again.
