Amazing property and location in the heart of Beverly Hills.

Pros: We have stayed at AKA Beverly Hills over 5 times and it's a great experience every time. Amazing facility and rooms, superb location which honestly cannot be topped if you want to be in the Beverly Hills area, and the staff are great - especially Riccardo! We'll definitely be back soon.

Cons: Honestly everything met our expectations. Everything we did not like had nothing to do with the property and was out of the staffs control.

Pros: The accommodations were extremely comfortable and well-equipped, providing a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The staff at the reception and parking structure demonstrated exceptional customer service. The location is highly desirable and convenient. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future.

Pros: Esta muy limpio, te dan michas toallas, la cama muy comóda. Los baños amplios y limpios. La verdad muy muy cómodo como una mini casita.

Cons: Todo perfecto, lo único que me gustaria serían almohadas mas rígidas pero creo que ese gusto es personal.

Pros: L'emplacement, le calme, la propreté, la fonctionnalité de l'appartement exactement comme à la maison. La proximité des commerces, du Rodeo Dr, du Beverly Hills sign, les vélos disponibles le restaurant partenaire à 2 pas, beaucoup d'espace de rangement 🤩. Avec un peu d'organisation et de volonté, le ménage hebdomadaire est suffisant, l'hôtel produit, serviettes et draps à la demande. Remboursement de la caution en moins d'une semaine.

Cons: Un malentendu où on nous a injustement accusés d'avoir fumé cigarette ou drogue dans notre appartement. Cela a été très très frustrant et insultant. Après échange, le personnel a admis son erreur. Sans cela le séjour eut été parfait 👌🏾

Pros: close to rodeo dr. nice for family stay. we had booked and 2 br suite but when we'd got in to the room is was not as good as we were expecting even the room was not clean. so we had to do upgrade and had to pay a lot for upgrade.

Pros: Situation très calme mais à deux pas du triangle de commerces luxueux de Beverly Hills. Appartements grands, spacieux, très confortables, literie impeccable. Plusieurs commerces d'alimentation juste à côté, on peut y aller à pieds.
