Downtown Los Angeles Skyline balcony view Modern Penthouse

Very clean, good location for what I wanted, very accurate compared to pictures

Pros: Spacious as a solo traveller, great location for DTLA

Cons: Very clean and organised on arrival Had all the necessary facilities and services needed for a stay

Pros: It’s not cheap but totally worth the money! Amazing apartment, very clean, great and easygoing checkin and checkout. The parking spot at the garage is a really save and comfortable thing for tourists, as we were :) we never had to worry for our car. Very friendly service and would definitely come back again :)

Pros: Absolutely everything! This was a fabulous stay. Super easy check in. Upon arrival we were completely blown away by the modern, spacious accommodations. We were a family of 4 so I was skeptical that it would suit us but it did! The penthouse unit was positioned right next to the rooftop pool which included multiple seating to enjoy those fabulous views and magnificent sunsets. There is a Target down the road which made it super convenient for groceries. We got to cook for ourselves which was convenient. The host thought about the littlest of details to ensure our comfort and convenience including tablets foe the dish washer and pods for washing machine and dryer. The free parking is safe a sn secure and a huge plus considering we stayed at another hotel during the first part of the vacation ans they charged an exorbitant amount for parking.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Good location near the highway with petrol kiosk nearby. Apartment came with washing machine and dryer.

I will definitely recommend to others.

Pros: I really appreciate the view on downtown by the night on the balcony ! Something that i have really appreciated was the proximity to the rooftop amenities. FUN FACT PART : I lost my wallet in front of the apartment and someone in the neighborhood kindly picked it up and put it aside. 25 minutes later, thanks to an AirTag, I was able to find this person in a local restaurant who was trying to add me on the networks to return it to me. The neighborhood is safe ;)

Cons: Indoor parking was included as mentionned but i didn't know the exact spot.

Ideal location for a Los Angeles getaway or work trip

Pros: Room was spacious and clean with a great view of the downtown skyline. Area was safe and walkable, even at night, and the complex in general was secure and quiet. Host was super helpful and communicative when I needed something, and I would definitely stay here again. Recommended for anyone wanting to stay near downtown!

Cons: Patio door had issues closing and opening, so I had to put some elbow grease on it to make sure it was secure. Also, they did not have an iron, only a steamer, which was fine unless you have really wrinkled pants. Perfect stay otherwise, with a great mix of comfort and cleanliness.

Pros: Le fait d’avoir une place de parking à Los Angeles est en plus et de pouvoir louer un appartement nous a permis de préparer nos petits déjeuners et nos repas tous les soirs. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient disponibles sur place et la vue sur la ville est assez magnifique.

Cons: La douche était bouchée, et c’est vrai que je comprends certains commentaires qui disent que le ménage n’est fait qu’en surface, quand on reste une semaine, on se rend compte qu’un bon nettoyage de fond en comble de temps en temps ne ferait pas de mal. Ils font également compter une bonne demi-heure en voiture pour accéder aux différents intérêt de la ville, mais je pense que c’est un peu partout pareil à Los Angeles puisque c’est une ville très très grande.

Pros: The place was easy to get into. Parking was excellent. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: My wife complained that the sheets were pilled, wearing out.

This is an attractive unit in a very convenient location to visit our kids in Historic Filipino town

Pros: A contemporary and roomy studio apartment with many amenities - comfortable king size bed, attactive bathroom with roomy shower and stocked with many toiletry options, full size refrigerator/freezer, plenty of dishes and utensils, coffee maker with coffee, TV with DirecTV channels, washer/dryer, included assigned indoor parking spot very convenient; decently equipped gym in building; owners were quickly responsive to any questions we had

Cons: Bed pillows were wimpier than we like
