Peaceful oasis for July 4th weekend with wonderful staff.

Pros: Comfortable, quiet, and old-world elegant with a lovely garden in the courtyard. High tea was delightful. We were able to see fireworks from a cabana by the pool. The staff was kind in a way that felt genuine.

Cons: IPad in room didn’t work. No coffee in room but coffee until 8 am in the lobby.

Pros: Breakfast was wonderful and the staff thoughtfully provided a cake / pastry for our anniversary

Cons: I thought the room would be a bit more spacious but that’s not a big deal. I think I understand why cars must be parked and retrieved by valets, and yet when all the occasions for tipping are included and when one doesn’t always carry cash, that can be a bit stressful for one who wants to honor labor

Sigue estando muy bonito el hotel

Pros: La ubicación y decoración del hotel y amabilidad del conserje y front desk

Cons: El room service siempre se equivocó en mi orden de desayuno, la tomaban mal y no entendían . También el ultimo dia me dicen que solo hay 4 empleados trabajando tan temprano y que por eso el desayuno tardaría mucho tiempo,en un lugar asi de caro y con ese prestigio eso no es una excusa! Deberían de tener a mas gente.

séjour de grande qualité et gentillesse réelle du personnel

Pros: l’emplacement, la qualité de l’établissement est bien entendu le fait d’être considéré comme un client connu depuis 2010. Les moindres demandes, soit au concierge, soit au spa, ont été exécutées avec rapidité et efficacité. Une mention spéciale pour Heike, concierge de l’équipe de James, qui m’a assisté aussi bien pour mes déplacements que pour la réservation de restaurant. Sans oublier l’accueil chaleureux de Jimmy à mon arrivée à l’aéroport !

Cons: je n’ai rien à reprocher à cet établissement.
