Clean, convenient location for my trip, and plenty of parking for my Ubers to turn around.

Pros: The room was really clean. The bed was pretty comfortable, but there were only two pillows. I'm a three pillow kind of guy, but I made due. There was a little microwave and a mini fridge that were nice to have and clean. There was no smoke smell that I could detect, as some reviews have noted, so that was a pleasant surprise as I'm pretty sensitive to smells. Bed was comfy - mid-firmness and looked nice and clean.

Cons: There was a strong musty smell when I turned on the air conditioning unit. I was in room 4. It went away after running for like 30 minutes. Had a bit of weird experience checking in. I had to show multiple confirmation emails on my phone and I could barely hear her through the protective glass. I understand the reason for the setup, but it was just a little weird.

Pros: Great price for what it offers. Kia Forum/So-Fi Staduim is 15-min away from here (by car), there are a lot of restaurants nearby and the staff was really friendly.

The rooms were clean the owner was kind an friendly . The rooms are small but clean

Pros: I loved the cleanliness. No roaches or hair on the sheets 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons: Upon check out time I felt I could have recieved atleast a 10 min grace time only because I have medical issues that need tending to. But besides that everything was awesome
