The Lexmar is a great spot in Echo Park
Pros: I love the location it's right by the bus stop no.2 and no 4 and the staff are all great. The local shops and cafes are all a stones throw away.
Cons: There is nothing to complain about. It's on a busy road so expect loud traffic and potential works in the night. But the AC windows shut its quiet and cool in the room.

Pros: The room was clean. The staff was very nice and very helpful. It is very easy to check in and checkout. You can check in any time. There is always someone.
Cons: Room size was little bit small. Although room was very close to the downtown of the LA, but I did not find good connection. I need to book UBER always.

Very comfy stay in spacious room, where you have everything you need.
Pros: The room was very clean, comfy, and big. The windows are completely soundproof, so we could enjoy our time quietly. There is an ice machine on the balcony, which helps you to enjoy your drinks more. The staff was helpful too. Echo park is very close by, it was a pleasant surprise. The whole property is 100% smoke-free, which we LOVED, since neither of us smokes.
Cons: It's not about the property but just be prepared that the local bus rides are unpredictable, hectic, and very often very late. Also, there is no kitchen or laundry room, but you will have a microwave and a fridge—without a freezer.

Great location, super clean and friendly
Pros: Great location, easy to get around and close to all ammenities. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great cafes and restaurants just around the corner.
Cons: Internet was a little slow, but no big deal

An affordable, solid option in Echo Park to explore downtown LA!
Pros: At first glance, the neighborhood seems drab, but it's actually a great location - just a few steps up to the heart of Echo Park with lots of restaurants. It's also only an 8 minute drive to downtown LA. The staff is friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean. We thought it would be louder, but the rooms were quiet. It's about a 2 mile walk to Dodger Stadium - which is very worth it due to the notoriously bad traffic. It was a good find and we were really happy with this hotel!
Cons: The soap dispenser was broken and no toiletries were provided; that said, I'm sure we could have requested them. It's a more basic motel - but still clean and quiet.

Pros: Not far away from city center, close to public transport, food and drinks available nearby, coin laundry close by, target in the walking range, cleaning service daily if needed, microwave in the room, spacious room, more on the motel side but great experience. Very friendly staff - they let us check in before the originally set time, ice cube machine outside the rooms and vending machine also. Very nice area.
Cons: Shower head not adjustable, cleaning service okay - but could be cleaner.

Good front desk customer service , but , definitely needs a lot of improvement and cleaning up soon.
Pros: I liked the way the staff and front desk was very helpful and understanding and caring of our needs. The room was clean but definitely needed dusting and wiping on the counters and table tops . The location of this hotel was very busy and a lot of traffic in and out . It was close to Sunset Blvd , and a lot of areas , so , that was a plus . The Dodger Stadium is close by too , but , not in walking distance . But , if you take a Lyft , it is a good price range , from about $10 -$15 , to the Super 8 hotel location . It kind of depends though on what night , and during what event might be going on at that time too? We went to see Black Pink in concert on 8/26 /23 , and We walked from the Dodger Stadium to the Super 8 Hotel and then we got a Lyft to our hotel , back to the Lexmar ! We definitely are booking at the Super 8 next time , if we are going to the Dodger Stadium 🏟 again for any event !
