accomodation was better than expected

Pros: the roomy was very roomy and had everything i need. the bath was excellent even though i didnt use it. it. wasnt too far from the beach but i like a good walk. room was very clean and well maintained. bed was excellent. the location was good as i discovered there was a very restaurant not far and lots of good public transport. there was construction nearby and i was one of the closest rooms to it but i hardly heard it. the laundromat close by is really good. be prepared if u do go to the beach its quite a trek down by big stairs . i dont know if theres a way down thats accessible if you have a disability. i have mcs and was pleased there was no perfumed products in the room. i use my own soaps etc as i am allergic to fragranced products. microwave was handy and small fridge as sometimes i got frozen meals from the local markets. wifi was good

Comfortable & Affordable! Very Convenient

Pros: We liked how affordable this hotel was, and super accessible to all the buses in the area. Beds are super comfy, AC is super cool!

Cons: Only dislike is that they only have cable, no ability to stream from your phone, but then again that’s just me nitpicking.

Pros: Good location and everyday room service. clean and quiet.

Good motel in Long Beach

Pros: A motel, good standard of the room, walking distance to downtown Long Beach, very close to several restaurants.

Cons: The walls were thin - the room was noisy sometimes.

A comfortable home-base to enjoy the charm of Long Beach

Pros: I have stayed at the Beach Inn twice now while visiting family in Long Beach, and it's great! Clean and comfortable and within walking distance of both the beach and great restaurants. The staff are kind and helpful while also respecting guests' boundaries . It's not exactly luxurious, but it has all the essentials a traveller would expect. I will certainly stay there again.

Cons: I like to have a cup of coffee to help me wake up in the morning-- at the Beach Inn, the only coffee maker is in the reception office, so I didn't feel able to get my morning coffee until I was already fully ready to go out the door. On the plus side, this was a great excuse to enjoy a latte at a local cafe instead (of which there are plenty)

Great stay, would return

Pros: This is a nice place with friendly staff, great value for money, and a perfect location between the beach and easily walkable to the metro. Plus, I stayed in summer and the aircon is fabulous! I would stay here again

Cons: The only think I found a bit not to my taste is that the cleaning spray they used had quite a strong smell. That might be more of a personal taste thing though!

Practical and convenient.

Pros: It was close to where we needed to go. Seemed to be recently remodeled. Very close to the piers. It was within a mile of the main action of downtown longbeach. You could walk if you wanted. In fact, we did here and there.

Cons: Pillows were a little firmer than I like. Close to a main road that seemed to have police or fire truck sirens going off at all hours of the night. Too much road noise. Bring ear plugs and it should be good.

Standard motel at a good location

Pros: Location was good but not really in a residential area. Parking inside the courtyard. Staff helpful. Good WiFi.

Cons: No coffee facilities. A bit noisy at night because next to busy crossroads.Shower gel absent. Heating a bit noisy. Not luxurious but ok for the price. We stayed only 1 night.

Pros: There is an excellent coffee/breakfast shop next door (Zuzu's Petals). This motel is well cared for. There were healthy plants and fresh paint in the parking area. We attended a wedding at the Ebell Club, only 2 blocks away. Very convenient.

Cons: No coffee maker in the room - but going next door for coffee was worth the wait!

Pros: The room was clean and as described. The towels were changed every day and the sheets were made! The location was next to a larger road (not surprising for a motel), but noise was still acceptable. Generally, I would come here again, definitely good value for the price.
