Best Western Plus Glendale

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. But the eggs and bacon could have been warmer. I showed up and there was a random person from off the street packing up a breakfast plate. Why allow this? I didn't feel comfortable due to sanitation.

Cons: None, it was all good. Please don't allow random people or person to come off and touch the breakfast items and equipments. Keep there breakfast area secure please...

A awesome stay at a great price.

Pros: The staff!!!!! From check in to check out. They were super friendly and accommodating, no matter the hour or the random request I had. The manager made his presence known and the closed gate parking gave such a sense of security. The female night staff we’re informative about on site amenities. I will definitely come back. The breakfast was yummy and different daily.

Cons: The chairs for guest were uncomfortable

Pros: Breakfast was excellent and stay was good and very clean.

Pros: Convenient location, cleanliness, and the staff that checked us in was such a gentleman. The lady at the desk the next morning must've been tired, she had her head on the desk while people were in and out getting breakfast. You would think, front desk person would be greeting people at least. I was going to say Good morning but she was asleep 😴.

Cons: The pillows were small like throw pillows, for such a King sized bed. I didn't like the lighting being on the ceiling right above the bed. Lamps on the wall on both sides of the bed would have been nice

This was a good option for visiting family in the area.

Pros: The waffles were great and your staff were nice. They replaced our shower head when it wasn’t working properly.

Cons: Hair in the shower. Checking in. The clerk tried to charge me when I prepaid. I had to show him that I had emailed confirmation and credit card charges to prove it from Booking.com. He eventually found a virtual card that had the prepaid amount on it. He should have looked at that first.
