Pros: Very basic and a bit noisy at night. At walking distance of Knott's Berry Farm (so saves expensive parking)

Pleasant. Quiet. Private.

Pros: Two separate rooms. Bathroom and closet and sleeping area. Fridge inside.

Cons: Have to know ahead of time that they require a $100 cash deposit. If not, you're busted.

We come at least twice a year and I would recomend this place for sure . The price was good .

Pros: The room and beds were very nice and clean . I didn't know they had breakfast . We weren't told . Location was perfect and walking distance to Knotts Berry Farm .

Cons: Only that the pool closed too early. It's hot outside and the pool closed at 8 .

Pros: From checking in early to staying another 5 nights. Quit and comfortable room was clean and beds as well coming from someone who used to be a housekeeper I give it A+.

Great place to stay if visiting Knotts

Pros: Location to Knotts Berry Farm was excellent. Beds were firm but comfortable, room spacious, shower water pressure was great

I would recommend anyone to stay here it’s really great for the price.

Pros: I loved the 3 beds, cleanliness was great, and parking was available close to my room for my disabled dad, overall it’s my second time staying here and I loved it again.

Cons: The Wi-Fi didn’t work as expected or at all.
