Pros: Great location staff were helpful and friendly could walk to everything

It was ideal for what we were looking for.

Pros: Location is excellent for the Disney parks, and there are a few good local restaurants in walking distance as well.

Cons: There was a couple of things that were melted in our room, such as the toilet seat, units and hair dryer was so melted it wasn’t working, also the room did not come with a safe, so opted to carry our valuables around with us.

Great location and amazing staff.

Pros: Location to the park, only a short walk. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing! The staff attention were a highlight. Close to convenience store and restaurants.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: Great location. We were able to walk to Disney Downtown and Disney Parks. Good room!

Cons: No convenience store around the hotel.

Pros: Neat, clean and safe area, pharmacy and grocery shop about a 15 min walk away. Disneyland entrance 15 min walking. The room was cosy and clean and had a fridge and a microwave.

Good stay

Pros: Easy to walk to Disneyland, easy parking, cafes and 7-11 nearby

Cons: Bit outdated and can be noisy

You're going to be happy with your stay.

Pros: Close to park. Friendly and accomodating staff. Very clean room. Easy worry free experience with check in and check out. Bed was made nicely, washroom always tidy, our stuff was treated with respect in the room. Black out curtains worked perfectly.

Cons: Small room. Provided 2in1 shampoo/conditioner rather than separate. Fan in bathroom didn't work well so mirror would fog for a long time after shower. You can hear everything so you will have a hard time if you're a light sleeper.

Quite a jewel near Disneyland

Pros: The location is really close to the parks (10-12 min walk), the cofee on the reception is good.

Cons: When we arrived we had to pay an extra $100 usd damage deposit fee even tho we already paid the full room amount days before, im currently waiting to see if the Refund will take place after the 10 day check out period wait, at least that is what they told me the couple of times I asked about the refund, on our first day we found a car rag (not ours) on our luggage wich I toke to the reception, I think the cleaning person left it there.

Great stay

Pros: Great value, good rooms, 15 minute walk to parks. Most LA landmarks within an hours drive too

Cons: Nothing - all good!
