Comfort Inn Anaheim Resort

Pros: Excellent location, just 30 minute walk to Disneyland

Cons: Only one lift working, so had to keep waiting for the lift.

Pros: Friendly staff and 24 hour reception. Reasonable spread for breakfast.

Cons: Some doors in and out of the building weren’t functioning.

Pros: Good service, good comfort and good food. We'll be back !

Cons: Everything was perfect.

I enjoyed staying there

Pros: Some stuff to be a little bit more friendlier in addition they didn’t give us enough keys for the room when I asked I was denied without giving any reason reasons

Ideal location to visit Disneyland.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was reasonable. Location was just a short walk to the shuttle bus to Disneyland.

Cons: Check out could have been a bit smoother. Unsure if the staff member was new or not but took a longer time than usual to check us out. Apart from that staff were good.

Comfortable stay

Pros: There was lots of free parking and we never had trouble finding a spot. The room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We especially appreciated the extra chaise lounge seating and desk chair in the room which allowed us to spread out and relax without sitting on the bed. There was plenty of space in the room for multiple suitcases. The WiFi was strong and the air conditioning worked well enough. The free breakfast was a nice perk and the location was pretty convenient for the convention center and Disney, both about a 20 min walk. Good restaurant options nearby.

Cons: Minor thing, but it would be great to have access to the stairs from the ground floor so you don't have to take the elevator to go up.

A good stay for a week

Pros: I really enjoyed the bed, it was so comfy that I didn't have any issues while sleeping in it, also I really liked that they only do room cleaning if you request it, I usually put my stuff around all the room when I travel so for me it was really good they didn't enter my room without my permission.

Cons: The breakfast was okay, the sausages not so good but not so bad tho.

Cons: The hot tub wasn’t working when we were there but no biggie

Pros: Very clean and tidy property. Our room was as expected with a very comfortable bed. The staff were always friendly and helpful, the location suited our needs to be close to family. We enjoyed the pool each day, at times we had it to ourselves.

Cons: There was one staff member who was quite short with my husband when the key was wiped. We weren’t aware that it shouldn’t be near our phone. She was the exception however as all other staff were very friendly polite and helpful.
