Good Hampton, friendly staff, easy stay

Pros: The room was clean and usual Hampton standard. Comfortable bed, TV had a good range of channels. The breakfast was good and well topped up. Coffee was plentiful and staff were very friendly.

Cons: I found the road a little noisy in the room, even though they did give me a quieter room at check in on request. Though very convenient location for those travelling through like us, just off the freeway.

Compared to other places nearby it was slightly better overall for the price.

Pros: The staff were very helpful. I wanted to use the television with an HDMI input from my laptop and they brought me a special remote to enable me to do that. Credit to front desk and maintenance staff.

Cons: The refrigerator was a bit small in our room but that wasn't a huge deal. However the breakfast was pretty awful quality. The hotel really needs to improve the quality of the food for the breakfast as it's probably the worst we've had in traveling to hotels over the last 5 years.

Pros: Nice place. No issues. Nice area. Definitely need a car when staying here. Clean and friendly

Very good hotel for the price!

Pros: Very friendly staff. The first room we were given had a tobacco smell. We asked to change and the lady at the front desk promptly gave us an alternative. The Mexican restaurant by next door was recommended by the front desk lady and was simply amazing (she gave us other tips too -thank you!). Breakfast was also very good with several alternatives. But better to go earlier to avoid crowds. Free parking was a benefit.

Cons: Location may not be ideal: Lots of traffic to get to the LA. Tobacco smell in first room, but it got promptly changed.

Pros: This is my second review....I returned at end of my trip as enjoyed so much the first part of the month that it was easy to just rebook again, as overall, it was one of the better, comfortable, pleasant hotels I stayed at on my across country 51 day journey from FL to CA and return. Thank you. I recommended you to my friends and family who live in area . If I am ever in area again, I will definitely book with you again. Thanks for being so dog friendly as well; Toby enjoyed his stay also.

Coming back again at end of this week if all works out.

Pros: IT WAS. VERY FRIENDLY WELCOMING STAFF THROUGHOUT THE STAY. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND HARDWORKING STAFF. ROOM WONDERFUL. VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

Cons: NOISE FROM HOTEL HUM ELEVATORS AND MACHINES LOUD AND WINDOW CURTAINS BY A/C DID NOT BLOCK THE LIGHT AS CUTAWAY FOR A/C. I pulled long curtain over and held it in place with chair, IT WORKED PRETTY GOOD THAT WAY. Otherwise very great 2 evenings. I WOULD CHOISE A DIFFERENT ROOM AS WAS BY ROOMS USED BY MACHINERY AND PEOPLE BY ELEVATORS THAT THE ELEVATORS MADE NOISE HUM AS WELL. TOO NOISY. Would not use THAT room again, at a corner by the pool outside, and exit door and high traffic, and machinery and elevator loud hums.

A good place to stay while on the road.
