Best Western Plus Carriage Inn

Lovely practical stay.

Pros: The location was very convenient as it was close to my family's residence. Outdoor hot bath tub and heated swimming pool were excellent. WIFI was fabulous. very strong and reliable. The gym was sufficient. I have used it like 6 or 7 times. It's all functional and the place is clean. The housekeeping ladies are a gem. The room was super clean and everything you needed was provided. All with a heartfelt genuine smile. Front desk agents were all helpful and happy to assist. The hotel is very close to Ventura Blvd were you have all the shops, restaurants and services you need.

Cons: I have stayed for 12 nights and the sound of the traffic although I got used to it, was a bit too much. The rooms could benefit from a better sound proofing. No international channels on TV.

Pros: The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you need for a vacation. Check in and out was easy and simple.

Cons: Traffic from the freeway is audible, if you are a light sleeper, prepare earplugs.

Pros: Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was close to loranof different things and was useful as I had a car.

Cons: It is by a busy road and can be a little noisy.

Fantastic stay, wonderful location, don't expect super modern.

Pros: Excellent front desk service, friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. Temperature control was a bit dated but worked fine.

Cons: A little expensive considering how dated the room and decor is.

Pros: It was convenient next to a great dinner. Good money value.

Cons: The carpet was dirty ( vacuumed but not washed ) . It needs a deep cleaning. Otherwise it was cozy. Staff was nice too.

Best bed ever & wonderful front office staff.

Pros: Bed was amazingly comfortable, loved having a proper office chair for long hours at the computer.

Cons: A small mouse ran across the room, got in via loose vent cover.

Cons: Shower head is a waste of water. It sprayes water allover. I think there is a water leak on the bathroom floor probably from next room.

Pleasant hotel with large room and adequate facilities.

Pros: Comfortable bed. Very clean. Great coffee making facilities. Fridge. Free wifi. Reasonable cost for laundry. Great gym.

Cons: Distance to restaurants apart from Denny’s.
