Motel 6-Rowland Heights

Pros: The staff, unlike what the reviews stated, were very kind and helpful. Especially Alex, Kim and Marisela were very accommodating. The sheet and towels were clean. It's not perfect or fancy, but if you need to stay in the area and want to pay under a 100 it's perfect.

Cons: So the system online and theirs differ. Sometimes, what you booked for is not available.

Pros: I was provided amazing service by the front desk the young lady was so nice and answered all of my questions and made my stay comfortable

Cons: The TV did not power on by the remote you had to turn the TV on physically on the TV made the remote useless

Our stay was fun

Pros: We like that we could park in the parking lot with no issues

Cons: We didn’t really like people pacing around on the outside of our room but as long as we were left alone we were fine

Total communication failure. The remote control the t v picture and the phone wires, a disaster

Pros: I was surprised at how neat and clean everything was. The clerk at the desk was absolutely wonderful.

Cons: The first room I was given 132 I opened the door and turned on the light. And it looked like someone had just left the room. I walked All the way across the facility, back and got a key for a different room.. I walked all the way back to room 133 and when I opened the door I noticed there was no remote control. I picked up the phone to ask the front desk about the remote control. But the phone didn't work because the wires were exposed. I walked back across the facility to the office again and received a remote control and told her about the phone. She gave me a remote control. And I walked all the way back to 133 and used the remote control to turn on the t v only to find that there was no picture. Just audio. At that point I decided to just go to sleep. I went to the front desk the following morning and ask them to make sure that they put in a service order for the telephone and the television. And it looked like it went in 1 year and out the other to the girl. I was speaking to she was a different girl than the one from the night before. The only good thing about this experience was that the room was nice and clean.

Staff is the best

Pros: Staff was so helpful and kind they really make my stay here the best. For the right price and location it was a good stay all be back for more thank you

Cons: Not one thing to say bad about it.

Pros: 地理位置佳，华人区，讲中文的小圈子，第一次来旅游的人，是个比较好的切入点，外型普实，内设房间挺有美感，眼前一亮，性价比高，除乎我意料。哈哈，是正确的选择。还有游泳池，休闲桌椅，很惬意的度假。有咖啡提供，记得去办公室领。

Cons: 如果外墙，楼梯，多点设计感，运用色彩，则更妙了。推开门的刹那，精彩呈献。

My stay was super comfortable and I had a really good time and I got decent rest!

Pros: I liked the location and how it was near many food places

Cons: There was nothing that I didn’t like

Pros: Easy to get to plus food closed by no problem there

Pros: The value was good location was good it was quiet bed was comfortable and it was just a decent place to stay for the price

Cons: The front staff could be a lot more courteous very unprofessional and it would be nice if they would clean up the rooms a little bit more I mean just sweep them would be great
