Pros: The design of the exterior architecture and the intelligent looking orange color of the wall in the room. It was a very good stay.

Cons: When I first arrived the cleaning staff lady wasn't very good at mannerisms towards services, and left her cleaning cart in front of me while she saw me trying to walk to open my room for the first time; the walkways are very narrow. The rooms are in very good condition, but the bathtub, sink, and window drapes seem to have some possible aging on them. It also looked like something tried to scrape the table under the television.

Good place to stay for the budget

Pros: The front desk staff showed outstanding customer service. I was also able to get a handicap room.

Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly. I like that the ice and vending machines were in a convenient, clean closed-up location.

Cons: The bed was kind of lumpy, other than that no worries. Didn't like being put in the rear unit but it is what it is. Didn't like that I couldn't see my car.

Great Staff! But needs Roll-In Showers

Pros: The Staff. I've given not so favorable reviews before, regarding the staff, but all that has really taken a turn for the best! Now I am received with smiles & friendly conversation. I really enjoyed my last two stays & looking forward to many more.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like, obviously not a deal breaker, but I wish we could fix this, is that when I ask for a handicap/disabled accommodation, although the restroom is larger with larger doorways to easily fit a wheelchair, the shower still has a bathtub that i must step over both getting in & getting out. I would like a shower that I could roll into without having to step over anything to minimize the risk of falling.
