Great price, clean, great location.

Pros: Clean, easy, great price, close to beach. For the value it is a great spot. We walked everywhere. Also, they have great underground parking.

Cons: It was a little noisy at night.

Pros: Easy check in, usual help your self breakfast, and a microwave available outside the breakfast area. It was easy to find, very inexpensive, and had everything I needed for 1 nights stay. It is an older place and some things are quite worn but you absolutely got what you payed for.

Cons: I think many of the negative reviews would have been avoided if it was a little more transparent about things like the pool being closed over winter (not normal for many travellers but quite normal in the US). It was sanitary but really could use a deep clean.

Confortable stay at the right price.

Pros: Confortable clean and friendly staff. Great value for the price.

Pros: It's a good value hotel with free parking, WiFi and breakfast. The location was convenient for me.

Cons: It was a bit difficult getting your breakfast to your room to eat it. You had to carry it from a small kitchen where they had it available. Get it early and maybe carry it bit by bit to your room.

Family beach vacation

Pros: We liked the friendly staff and the close location to the beach and grocery. The hotel had a cute beachy vibe. The continental breakfast was good: waffles, cereal, toast, prepackaged pastries. Found no bed bugs despite reviews saying there was some.

Cons: That we could hear the neighbors and smell Marijuana smoke. The rooms could be cleaner. The hotel is older. Could use some renovations and repairs. Continental breakfast didn't have fruit either. Maybe bananas and oranges could be added?

Great deal for the price with a great free breakfast!

Pros: For the price and location this was a great deal. I wasn`t expecting a breakfast at all but they had a very nice free continental breakfast that even had waffles! The rooms are simple and need a little sprucing up but are clean and comfortable. Very happy with out stay

Cons: Just need to repaint and refresh some of the decor and structure but it is not bad

Pros: Clean room, very spacious and generally quiet. Nice outside space to lounge in.

Cons: Needed someplace to hang things like coats and towels
