Hollywood Historic Hotel

Stylish, comfortable, safe

Pros: Nice building with interesting history, comfortable, good location, cafe & restaurant, facilities

Cons: Kettle for tea (personal preference)

Pros: Great location, cool atmosphere inside. Good value for money!

Pros: the reception lady is nice. Parking fee is reasonable From the room window, the Hollywood sign can be seen clearly which is unexpected. But would better the window glasses can be cleaned.

Cons: Only have a small heater in the room. It stopped work when overheated and you have to wait for hours to restart it.

Pros: Everything..Always our go to hotel when we visit the USA.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.. always a very enjoyable stay

Good bed did the trick and location was good for us

Pros: Good bed, quiet at the back, parking (though didn't remember the price was not included); close to Paramount studios, bus around the corner; size of the room

Cons: bathroom was small; no breakfast; staff at reception lacked a bit enthusiasm though the parking attendant was very friendly;

Everything I wanted it to be

Pros: I loved how well maintained it was of its historic vibe and all the other parts like the upkeep. It has so much character and charm and it was a real pleasure to stay here and definitely will be back!

Cons: That I didn’t stay in LA longer to stay here more!

A taste of old Hollywood

Pros: In my room was left two fresh bottles of water every single day, which were much appreciated. The room was a good size with amenities such as an ironing board and large fridge.

Cons: The staff were helpful, though not overly friendly.

A comfortable and charming stay in a great location, offering excellent value and a relaxing atmosph

Pros: We stayed at the Hollywood Historic Hotel for two nights (7–9 Jan) and had a great experience. The hotel has a charming, classic Hollywood vibe and felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is very convenient for exploring Los Angeles, with easy access to Hollywood attractions and main roads. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing after busy days in the city. Excellent value for money — we would definitely stay here again.

Pros: Good bar and restaurant and coffee shop next door.

Cons: Tried to change the room to a cheaper room with two beds but didn't want the money back just the two beds and they were not very helpful even though in my opinion and I have a hotel myself, it could have been done very easily.

Pros: Our second time staying at the Hollywood Historic Hotel. Practical, clean, and full of vintage charm. The bathrooms are quite small but the beds are very comfortable, the bar / restaurant on site is a big bonus, especially on a night with live music. Excellent value for money
