Fantastic hotel with great breakfast and free Uber to selected locations.

Pros: The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. We really enjoyed breakfasts with a large selection of options. The staff (especially at the breakfast station) are really nice! One of the best parts was free Uber rides every day (one two-way free ride per room per day) to selected locations. Thanks to it, we could save on transportation costs. This was especially good for me as I needed to go to UCLA often. We also enjoyed the pool (free). Overall, a great hotel with a lot of included perks! Good value for money.

One of the best in LA

Pros: This Hotel is one of the best in LA I’ve stayed in, staff are great and friendly, pool is very nice & relaxing, people said so much about the freeway, being noisy but wasn’t an issue for us in our room was facing the freeway.

Cons: I think the valet is a joke should be self park option The bar is great but closes too early 10pm :(

Great Experience!

Pros: Good location, very clean, uber service was amazing and really helpful, staff were lovely (especially Dominique).

Cons: Payment system was a bit weird as I paid at the property. Otherwise nothing else!

Great service including wonderful breakfast and free rides to local areas

Pros: The hotel has a modern vibe and offered free breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items including custom made omlettes. Breakfast was served on the 17th floor and offered amazing views while enjoying our leisurely breakfast experience. We needed somewhere close enough to visit family and this had the perfect location thanks to the hotel's free Uber service available each morning (they also offer it in the early evening as well). Note that some rooms facing the highway will be noisy and we stayed in one such room. We could have upgraded to a different room on the other side of the hotel but chose not to. We did not find the noise to be a disruption to our sleep, but some might. We felt the services offered by this hotel went above and beyond our expectations and more than made up for the noise.

Cons: Nothing that created any negative feelings - Sign in to WiFi due to lost connection several times a day but was no big deal.
