Great stay

Pros: The hotel itself is massive, there is a small coffee shop in the lobby - pretty good coffee and theres plenty space to catch up on work around the lobby area. The rooms are great, plenty storage space. The toilets however are old but clean and fully functional. The shower is a bit awkward and the water seems to seep out, but room service cleans your room everyday. The parking does come at an additional price which is usually more costly than local parking lots. Overall I would give my stay a 7.5/10. The location is great as well, a 7/11 right around the corner, many rent a cars and very good distance to most attractions.

Great hotel and location, a bit noisy if facing street level

Pros: Clean, well located room with great facilities (restaurant, Alfreds coffee, and bars).

Cons: Room was street facing and on a lower level, could hear everything on the street level

Great location in K-Town, unique design and fun!

Pros: Great location, right across from the metro station(if you like to catch trains), but equally great for other tourist destinations. The staff were friendly and super helpful, with restaurant, pool, gym and cafe onsite, plus loads of delicious restaurants and food trucks in the area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They run events frequently and I was lucky enough to attended a free sound bath and meditation at the hotel during my stay. ❤️

Really comfortable and convenient place to stay for a work trip.

Pros: Great, comfortable room, and loved the restaurant and pool area. Coffee shop in the lobby is brilliant.

Cons: The sheets were a bit dirty but the maid changed them straight away.

Great quick trip hotel

Pros: Loved the interiors in the rooms. The coffee in the lobby is amazing.

Cons: Bedrooms a quite small, the valet parking is $60 a day for guests, felt very expensive if you stay 2 nights, you have to factor in an extra $180. Communal areas could do with a bit of TLC.

Great value for money!

Pros: The facilities were amazing, especially the pool as you can get food and drinks served to you poolside. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Modern hotel with great views of LA, would definitely recommend!

Memorable

Pros: The location and the Mountain View with the Hollywood sign The staff were great and helpful The Alfredo coffee shop in the reception area was a bonus Pool was good and the breakfast conservatory excellent, breakfasts were delicious

Cons: There was a large concrete art structure that was in the room, it served no purpose and would have been better replaced with a coffee table, something you could actually use The fridge was fully stocked with overpriced drinks, it gave no room to put my bottles of water in No complimentary water supplied
