Convenient

Pros: It was a good stop to break up our trip, hotel was good, clean and staff were helpful.

Cons: We chose a non-smoking room, which the reception confirmed when we arrived, but gave us a room which was clearly for smokers, as soon as we opened the door there was a strong odor of stale cigarettes. which as non-smokers we could not stay in that room. Luckily there was an actual non-smoking room available and they switched us immediately. Although the outcome was good, given we booked a non-smoking room, they should not have assigned us a smoking room to begin with. Also I don’t like carpet, it generally feels unclean to me but that’s not to say it wasn’t clean, just a personal preference.

Great place to stay

Pros: The owner is very hands on and the staff is quick to fix any mistakes. So if you like having a safe clean place to stay with friendly staff then your in the right place.

Cons: We had one small problem. One of the employees misinterpreted signs of smoking when it was dust from lottery tickets, scratchers. However it was quickly resolved and everyone walked away happy.

Comfortable rooms, reasonably priced but a sketchy area.

Pros: Newly remodeled and spacious rooms… with a nice sized TV and offered good channel selections. MANY great food/restaurant choices really close by.

Cons: Location off the interstate seems perfect, but the traffic in the area/intersection was horrendous and made it difficult to enter/exit the property.

We were were treated to excellent customer service and a quiet stay.

Pros: Excellent customer service. Clean room. Close your restaurants.

I had a splendid day. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean.

Pros: I didn’t see not one bug my whole stay and I stayed for 2 weeks

Cons: Couldn’t take the breakfast back to my room

Pros: Room assignments were good but were in a difficult part of property As I was a disabled person and had to walk to dining room

Pros: i like the location it is next to shopping, food,and family as well as night life entertainment. Up the road there is Scandia which is family fun including bumper boats, batting cages, and miniature golf. Across the street from the hotel is a Bar/ sport grill called Whisky Barrel they have sporting event on tv, and occasionally live music. They are also very accommodating too our two dogs.

Cons: they dont have a elevator even though its only two stories, but if you get a smoking room you will be on the second floor if you have dogs like mine my scary ass dog wont climb the stairs so i have to pick up his 80lb ass up and down everytime they need to go. not really their fault just crying...
