Amazing Perfect Cute Little Beach Hotel!!

Pros: My 2nd time staying at this hotel, came back because I had a fantastic experience last time! Everyone is so welcome & accommodating! From manager Chris, a truly lovely, welcoming, helpful & friendly guy!!!! As well as Carlos head of maintenance & housekeeping, who was so helpful and attentive when I arrived and throughout my visit!!!! Housekeeping were amazing as well!!! The room was always cleaned superbly as well as the entire hotel maintained to a high standard!!!! The rooftop is awesome!!! The rooms are super cute and each one is themed differently, really lovely!! It's steps away from the beautiful Hermosa beach and really close to Manhattan and Redondo beaches!! Plenty options around for a good restaurant or bar experience! Area felt safe!! Stayed for 10 days and sorry to be leaving soon!!!

Cons: Its alright, for me it worked not to have a pool or fitness facilities! The pros of this lovely little peaceful hotel far outweigh the lack of those facilities for me and what I seek in a hotel!!! All in all , this was a perfect peaceful hotel experience for me!! Thank you once again Chris, Carlos and the amazing team that contribute towards the smooth and efficient running/maintenance of this hotel!!! Rose Xx

Lovely wee hotel in a great location

Pros: Location is fantastic with views of the ocean from the excellent roof terrace. Room comfortable and staff were great . Special shout out to Carlos for his friendly demeanour and helpfulness.

Pros: Best location close to beach and pier, clean and comfortable rooms

Cons: Not all rooms have windows (mine didn’t).

Perfect place to stay in Hermosa

Pros: Carlos and Dulce were the best part of our stay: they are very personable and helpful staff . I hope they are appreciated by their employer. It was also great to have bikes ( helmets would be appreciated as well) , towels , beach chairs and sporting equipment for the beach. Boogie boards were be a nice addition for next time. Loved this hotel because it is small and close to everything , walking distance to beach. No need to rent a car LAX. Rideshare under 30 minutes. Hermosa is the best location for a relaxing holiday. Rooftop sunset was a bonus. Would love to come again. Recommend to stay in upper floor Deluxe Queen Suite room Sunset . Very clean and updated decor. Bright, spacious and has a balcony.

Cons: Bed was not as firm as I like and and no alternative pillows provided in the room. Guests need a selection of flatter pillows. Big pillows are not comfy for everyone. Please notify guests at time of booking if rooftop is booked for an event and access limited.

Pros: localization is wonderful (steps to the beach / restaurants / shops. soundproofing is great from the outside noises.

Cons: soundproofing is great from the outside noises (my room was in front of a large parking lot), it could be improved from the inside (guests speaking loudly at 2.00 am in the hallway woke me up). However, hotels are not responsible for non-respectful guests.

Pros: Fabulous location close to the beach and one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in! Bed was super comfy too.

Cons: Only a small thing but the mattress in our room was too thin like a futon and was pretty hard.

Pros: The Location said 100 metres from the Beach and it was exactly where it said, and I was a littler concerned about booking a small boutique hotel, but the location appealed to me. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and standard of the hotel, the owners and ll staff!! I'll be back Cheers Ray
