Pros: We like that the location is accessible, easy checked in, and checked out. Beddings are excellent and room is clean.

Cons: For 2 days of stay, there is no room service. We needed to ask for towels, and you have to pick them up at the front desk. On their website, there is free breakfast. When I asked, the staff said they don't serve breakfast anymore. The smell of the room when you enter is not good at all. No exhaust fan in the bathroom Furniture needs to be upgraded.

Pros: Beds were comfortable and room size was big, decent

Cons: House keeper didn't come to clean everyday, I had to flag them down to get toilet paper and towels and coffee cups, sometimes they would say they didn't have towels to give us, for a hotel?

For the hotel facilities and staff, I’d give it a great score. Will I ever go back again surely I will.

Pros: The only thing I enjoyed upon my stay at thd hotel is thr friendly and approachable staff.

Cons: The internet connection on the 4th floor was very unstable and had my work disrupted.

No frills, just a safe, clean, affordable room.

Pros: Facility is old and a bit worn, but they seem to do their best to make it clean and comfortable. Has everything we needed.

Pros: Paid for jacuzzi in room suite, was given deluxe with two beds. Was a little perturbed about the situation, customer services stated all Jacuzzi suites were sold out.

Cons: Breakfast was advertised in the booking.com, no breakfast was served.

Ramada is the best hotel that I have stayed at.

Pros: Ramada was a great experience. Friendly staff and free coffee. I will be back!
