Safe environment

Pros: The location was close by and my dog was allowed there

Cons: Lots of noise from families

I didn't want to leave.

Pros: I liked how clean it was. It's the nicest hotel in the area, as it's surrounded by two other motels. You can't beat the price. I think every room has a little kitchen area, which was cool. The staff made the stay that much better. I had issues with the air conditioning at one point, tho it just turned out that i needed to have the correct settings selected. I also had to extend my stay on multiple occasions and they had no problem accommodating that.

Cons: I really have no complaints

About to book my 4th stay after i post this.

Pros: the staff at the front are fantastic, i like that the rooms are inside a building that you have to use a key to enter so it feels safe. Each time I've stayed the rooms were very clean, and i think every room has a fridge and stove top, a bathtub/shower and air conditioning (at least every room I've stayed in had them)... And while the beds are just ok, i love how high they are from the ground that you can see under them. Oh and they allow pets❤️. I love that. For the price, you couldn't ask for better. Especially in the area.

Cons: The area kinda sucks, although there is every type of store right up the street. Restaurants, a gym, Walmart, a car wash, etc...

A gem in the IE

Pros: Staff is great. Ira and Melissa are awesome, they are the most helpful. It's nice when questions can be easily answered. i will continue to book w them.☺️

Cons: I came fully prepared for bugs with spray and cleaning supplies.. None of that, bad reviews had me on edge. They said cockroaches we're running underneath the fridge, the shower had mold, and people smoking in the hallways... None of that, haha I'm serious, I was scared but this place either got smoked by bad reviews or they shaped up QUICK. My room was clean, no smoking in hallways and shower had ZERO mold. My only complaint was some woman a few doors down screaming for some reason every now and then \

Pros: Would it have been just a little less in price, I would of stayed an additional night. Overall I feel satisfied with my stay at woodsprings

My stay was great.

Pros: The ladies at the reception were exceptional Yra, Amanda and Miriam. Very friendly souls.

Cons: Some guests smoking in the hallways. The smoke would sip through the door into my room. That wasn't OK

I enjoyed my stay and I wish I could stay longer but I have to go to Best Western due to the price

Pros: Not sure what the young lady name is at the front desk she gets off at 11:00 but she has wonderful loving front service love the way she worked and was very nice friendly made me feel at home and I'm thinking it was a manager that I spoke to he's awesome also I would love to stay there longer but the price is just too much for me so I had to go to Best Western but other than that I loved it

Cons: The prices was a little pricey

Pros: Staff members, Tra and Melissa are extremely helpful, and so are the other staff members

A Must Stay

Pros: The staff is immensely nice! And the facility is extremely nice, looks brand spanking new.

Cons: They have no pool :(
