Comfortable stay but customer service could be better

Pros: Spacious rooms, delicious warm cookies at check in, nice coffee

Cons: No replies to multiple messages on Booking.com app; sent us a COVID era message about wearing face coverings at hotel at all times which also stated check in was until midnight.

Convenient location for college drop offs

Pros: Location is great if you’re in town for college move-in

Cons: You have to bring up bags yourself but we are used to this by now.

Pros: First night Dear Esmeralda from the resepsiyon, helped us a lot. Especially her positive behaviour to calm us down when we were surprised when we saw the small beds in two double beds room. Breakfast and service was great, free parking is also important.

Cons: Beds need to be renewed. Size of the double bed is too small. Please do smth about it.

A dream stay - will return if I’m in Claremont again

Pros: The breakfast options were great. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The beds were amazing.

Confortable and pleasant hotel

Pros: Big comfortable rooms, clean, well maintained, beautiful garden area, weights, big pool with a jacuzzi, free hot cookie upon arrival, quality coffee in the lobby, friendly staff.

Enjoyable. Will be back

Cons: Bit more noise in halls/neighbors than I remembered from last visit

Pros: Lovely hotel, comfortable and the front end staff very helpful. Perfect location for hiking trips.

Cons: I left my AirPods in the room (I could see the location of the headphones on my phone) and after not receiving any messages back via email or messages via Booking.com I had to call the hotel a few times which was quite expensive because of it being a international call for me. First I called a number that I found on the reservation that directed me to an old employee. Next I called the reception but was transferred to the housekeeping teams voice mail which I left my message on. I called the 3rd time and this is when I managed to confirm my headphones are at the property and that I can pick them up .It all worked out in the end, I only just wished the staff read messages sent to them so we could have resolved it that way much sooner and cheeper.

Convenient location for visitors to Claremont Colleges

Pros: Close to the Claremont colleges. Rooms are spacious and clean. Complimentary cookie upon check in is a nice touch.

Cons: Laundry and housekeeping only comes every 2 days. Had to keep reminding staff to add conditioner and provide coffee capsules. Overnight parking can get quite full.

Lovely hotel for our family vacation.

Pros: This hotel was perfect for our group. We really enjoyed the courtyard, pool area and restaurant. We were travelling in a multi generational family group and this hotel really suited us, I am glad we picked it. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and kind during our breakfasts at the restaurant. We enjoyed the pool very much. The hotel and grounds were clean and well maintained.
