Relaxing in Chino Hills

Pros: The furnishings were tasteful and from the moment of entering the hotel it felt relaxing. The bed-room was large and well-fitted, with a lovely courtyard view of the colourful garden and pool. I enjoyed using the pool and having the use of comfortable poolside beds and an umbrella. It was good to have breakfast each morning.

Cons: I was happy to stay in this hotel.

Pros: The rooms were very large and had a little kitchenette and were also very clean. I was very comfortable here and would choose to stay again, I will be looking for this brand of hotel everywhere I go from now on! Really had a great time here and it’s close by to some lovely scenery and great shopping! My room was facing the freeway and I read comments saying that it was very loud at night. I’m used to sleeping in silence in the middle of the countryside in Ireland and I did not find it loud in the room at all.

Cons: Nothing to dislike.

Decent stay on the way out from LA east.

Pros: Good location if you land on the BA269, have just picked up a car, are tired and want to rest before heading east. Big rooms, clean.

Cons: Breakfast wasn’t the best unfortunately, but it sufficed.

Pros: The building was older but was very clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating

I just stayed for one night but would recommend this hotel for a long stay.

Pros: Clean, attractive, well appointed. Great bath tub. Very friendly staff.

It was very good, I am stay there at your Chino Hills Hotel for a couple days a month

Pros: Personnel were very good, the breakfast overall is good, but pancakes or French toast would be a nice addition. The workout facilities were good, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location works out good for me.

Cons: The room I usually get has a safe and a shower with an elevated edge to prevent water from flowing out on the floor. This time I got a handicap equipped room with no safe, and the shower water, when you turned it on, flowed onto the floor of the bathroom. The housekeeping staff was gracious enough to provide extra towels to absorb the water, but it was not good.

Pros: The room is big and clean. The bed is very comfortable. Everything is good.

Pros: The entire experience was great. They were accommodating of our special requests and responded to inquiries in a very timely manner. The check in process was smooth and very friendly. Great breakfast. The rooms were very clean. If in the area, we would definitely return.

Cons: The stay at the hotel was great. We were very pleased with the overall experience.

So so worth the price for a very clean, roomy room.

Pros: Great location. Many restaurants and you gotta have a Walmart, near by, which there was.

Cons: The only issue was the pillows were horrible. The bed was fine, the room was fine. The bathroom was very clean. Excellent hotel room.
