Cons: The staff communication and respectful approach especially the ones that assigned me to the room the first day. Keep up the good job, please.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and well organized. For breakfast they had multiple options and had a worker attending everyone by throwing trash away or asking if they needed more drinks. Very well satisfied with my stay.

Quiet, easy to access and plenty of parking.

Pros: It’s pretty accessible great location and the pool was available and clean

Cons: Towels were pretty small, appliances are old. Lobby has a distinct smell

Pros: Had all needed for my stay. Freezer inside refrigerator is important.

Cons: Pool area small and not super inviting.

Pros: The continental breakfast was good. The location was easy access from the highway and quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Honestly, I preferred my room at the SureStay Hotel to the room I had at the Sheraton Hotel at Universal. I wish I had just booked here for my whole trip. I will definitely book here again in the future..

Cons: The breakfast ended to early for those that like to sleep in.

It was a great stay!!

Pros: We stay there whenever we come into town, staff is great, Rooms are clean. Location is great..you can walk to grocery store restaurants, laundromat, and anything you might need!! If you need something they will get it for you if they have it or tell you where to get it…great place to stay!

Cons: Nothing really!!! Except the amount of tax added for every night you stay…but that’s not on the motel!!!

Pros: The location was perfect and the breakfast had a large variety to select from. The breakfast room was smaller than I expected though.

Cons: I would have liked to stay longer.
