Best Western California City Inn & Suites

Pros: Good hotel for a night. Parking directly in front of the hotel, wifi working, beds comfy.

Cons: The breakfast was highlighted by many other guests. I cant say that. It was cheap standard breakfast, absolutely nothing special.

Pros: Hotel is in a decent condition although of outdated signature BW design :) Pool was nice.

Cons: I could not wrap my head around the town: has it already had it's best days or they are yet to come. But they ain't here as we speak for sure :) Although the place is not crowded or expensive for sure. Not much to see around.

Quiet overnight stay in the desert

Pros: Clean and quiet. Friendly Staff. Nothing was too much troible.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit basic and bathroom was a bit dated.

Definitely the best option for California City - by far.

Pros: For the area this is a very clean and modern hotel. The breakfast was nice and had everything we could want. The staff were so very helpful (the best part).

Cons: There were some sketchy people there during our stay but we never felt unsafe. The clothing dryer was out of service at the time of our stay but I cannot really say too much bad about the hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was good and I loved the tea & coffee facility that was open 24/7. The room was okay, bed comfy, lady at the front desk nice and the gym facilities worked.

Cons: The room was a bit small and not super clean. It was okay, but you could see it wasn't cleaned very well.

Pros: Your staff was excellent. Very friendly and professional.

Pros: Lady at the reception is super friendly and helpful. They offer free and delicious cookies at the lobby. You can do your laundry for $2 as well as dryer for $2.

Cons: Size of the room is not accurate to the photos, it's much smaller. Take them long time to return deposit ($100).

A nice pace for a stopover

Pros: Loved this place on our stopover when travelling down California, as we are desert lovers we liked the location but road closure in Death Valley spoiled our plans. Staff were lovely and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided, the breakfast room staff deserve a mention as they were always on the go checking everything. Room was as expected and we have no complaints.

Cons: Pool was closed for our first day but then opened when volleyball teams rocked up next day.

Simple

Pros: Clean, well maintained, affordable, sufficient amenities.

Cons: California City is abit out of the way, but the Best Western is the best value for money around the area.

Very good hotel

Pros: Everything was clean, very kind staff and good breakfast.
