Under construction but for the price… we made the best of it

Pros: Spacious rooms. Close to Knotts Berry Farm. Beautiful pool. Nice spa when working. We have stayed several times. Awesome price ☺️

Cons: Maid service not good. Hard to find a cart for our luggage. People were keeping it in their room. Should check it out with ID

Soooo much better than expected, don’t believe all the reviews

Pros: Great, clean, nice pool, a little tired but they are renovating. We stayed a week and wanted to stay longer. Chilled vibe and very nice looking hotel

Cons: The first room was not the best, but they kindly moved us to a recently renovated room and it was one of the most comfortable rooms we have ever stayed in. No gym currently.

Overall it was great though, would stay here again

Pros: The facilities and the comfort and design of the rooms. More modern than expected, the photos don’t do it justice.

Cons: The pool was really nice but had so much chlorine to the point where you couldn’t see the bottom of the floor.

Pros: It was really comfortable and clean. The staffs where really helpful.

Visiting Knotts Scary Farm.

Pros: The room was large enough to accommodate our family of 5 visiting Knotts scary Farm. It's less than a 10 minute walk from the park which is nice. The location is everything with this hotel.

Cons: It currently has quite a bit of construction right now so it isn't in the best condition in terms of being visually appealing. But I'm happy to see that they are working on improving it. We stay at this hotel at least once a year and it always serves our needs.

It was my favorite hotel of our trip.

Pros: The hotel was honestly gorgeous and it was right next to medieval times where we had dinner. The room was nice and the bed was far from the door with it's own little room making it feel nice and private.

Cons: The only complaint is there was no breakfast or anything like that. They did have a restaurant on site though and I understand not wanting to cut into their buisiness

Pros: A great place to stay if you plan to visit Knott's Berry Farm or any other type of entertainment in the area. I had a nice stay.

Cons: We couldn't figure out the air conditioning the first night and slept in a really cold bedroom. Also the pool and jacuzzi weren't clean at all.

All in all very comfortable stay

Pros: Large room was great, especially having refrigerator and microwave… TV in living room didn’t work, but bedroom tv worked fine … thank you great stay 😊

Cons: No bucket for ice 🙁

Nice hotel with recent upgrades

Pros: Beautiful Spanish style lobby - definitely grand! The hotel interior open space/garden/pool area is like a Panama home. All the rooms have wooden shutters on the interior windows, carved wood doors with a dark stain and Spanish style plants and garden features. We had the 2 queen beds with a sofa bed suite. The front room had a door between it and the 2 queens. The queen beds were very comfortable with a light Summer comforter. Air conditioning worked well. The front room had a refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and sink as well as a small round table with 2 chairs. The sofa bed is a chaise sofa (one side is a chaise) with a double bed inside. The bathroom is tiled with one sink, toilet and a tub/shower combo and the fan worked well. The whole room has laminate planks, so no need to worry so much about bed bugs and things being harbored in carpet. The closet is larger than most and is lighted. Very close to both Hwy 5 and Hwy 91.

Cons: These are just some things to know, not a true negative from me: Floors in the room are uneven - the doors on the furniture in the bedroom kept opening due to the slant in the floor. Hair dryer didn't work. Room wasn't set up for 4 people: only 2 of each towel. Had to ask for sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. We had an event to go to and were running late when we checked in (traffic in L.A.), so we didn't notice the towels and bedding until we returned at 11:45 p.m.!

The most bang for your buck

Pros: It was so comfy and the staff were great! On top of being centrally located. I will definitely be heading back
