Great location, staff and facilities

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly, greeted every time we arrived. The breakfast readily available before a big day and a laundry service that was really handy. While we didnt use the room kitchen facilities their availability is a great resource if we had our full family with us. Ideally located and comfortable.

Great stay near Disneyland!

Pros: Breakfast was good. Loved the full kitchen and size of room. Near to eateries and Disneyland. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Walgreens and CVS pharmacy just downstairs. Great stay, will definitely visit again if we come back!

Cons: Lack of filtered and hot water dispenser.

Great location, walked to Disney. good rooms and fun pool & spa! Staff were very helpful also.

Pros: Separate bedroom to living area, & Large bathroom with bath. Great location to Disneyland, we walked, and kids loved the pool & spa.

Cons: Fold out lounge was in front of entry door. And not very comfy.

Pros: Less than 10min walk to Disney meant no additional parking charges. Staff were great, pool lovely, breakfast was great

Great location and amazing staff!

Pros: Room size was lovely. The free breakfast was also surprisingly nice. Location to Disney was great, the reason we booked. Its close enough to allow us to leave the park at 4pm, come back for a quick swim and shower, before heading back in for the evening. Read a few reviews about tight car park spaces but we found it quite generous. The staff here are great. The lady who checked us in would always seem to be on reception when we were going or coming back, and would always speak to us. Lovely welcome!

Cons: The pool area was dirty when we arrived around 4,30pm for a swim. They offer free towels but the used ones were just piled high from the day. The hot tub had bit of what looked like small stones or sand - no idea where these would come from. I appreciate its not a manned pool but some upkeep during the day would be expected. The showers were also poor. Very weak water output and took ages to drain.

Pros: Location is great, really nearby Disneyland 10-15 mins walk. Clean room. Staff are very nice. With free breakfast. Our room was facing Dinseyland so we could see the fireworks from the window. We selected the one with kitchen, so everything needed to cook/wash dishes was provided.

Cons: No housekeeping in the duration of stay, unless requested. Booked for 5 people but they only provided 3 sets of towels. TVs are outdated. Unable to connect to Chromecast, not same as advertised.
