Good stay, except for one thing.....

Pros: The place was cozy and the bathrooms and the showers were always clean. I would stay here again.

Cons: Parking is first come, first served, meaning if you get there early, other guests will block you in. If you park on the street, you will get a ticket, so that really sucks. I almost lost a day of work because I was blocked in by another guest and we couldn't find the car owner had to spend more money getting a Lyft. Property owners should make sure guests leave a contact number if they will be blocking you in.

Pros: This is a Very Very Clean well taken care of property. The value is the best you will find. You have your own private accommodation that is very comfortable . Everything you need is there . Shopping is in walking distance, a very central location to get to everywhere you would want to go in LA . Its a very quiet and peaceful place .
