Pleasant stay in a beautiful house in an amazing location

Pros: The location of this property is magnificent. Close to Hollywood Blvd and Beverly Hills. If you want to take pictures of the Hollywood Sign, it's practically around the corner. Free parking in the street, close to the Hollywood Freeway. Universal Studios within 15 minutes.

Cons: I would have liked to be able to make coffee in the morning. There is only a watercooker available, so tea lovers get what they want. This is nitpicking, but a coffee machine (Nespresso or Keurig) would have made it perfect.

A quiet, charming apartment in the Hollywood Hills with a few fixable flaws

Pros: The location is excellent, in the Hills just outside of Griffith Park. Easy to get to, no problem with parking on the street. Neighborhood is very quiet, the terrace is very nice, and the two rooms and bathroom are quite comfortable.

Cons: The idea of this being a vacation rental is maybe not fully thought out yet. There is an electric kettle but no coffee maker. There is a microwave but only a few plates and cups, and no dish soap to wash them. (The only sink is in the bathroom; that’s fine but there’s no way to deal with dishes.) There are only two small trash cans with no way to deal with a few days of accumulated garbage. The TV is not set up to be watched—even live—unless you sign in to your own streaming accounts. The bathtub seems to be missing a second pane of glass to prevent spills onto the bathroom floor. I think these things are all very fixable, and I hope they will be in order to make a perfect stay for future guests.

Soggiorno rilassante a L.A.

Pros: La posizione è davvero ottima, per il turista che visita la città e zone limitrofe è perfetta. Zona molto tranquilla e parcheggio in strada senza affanni o costi extra. La casa è molto carina e tipicamente americana, nel bene e nel male. Doppia camera da letto spaziosissima con ingresso e bagno molto grande.

Cons: Scale per accedere al nostro appartamento piuttosto scomode con grossi bagagli, pulizia generale da migliorare, terrazza privata in totale stato di abbandono, infissi e arredamento vetusti

Schönes privates Appartment

Pros: Super schönes und großes Appartment in ruhiger Nebenstraße an den Hollywood Hills. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, Zugang per Code-Schloss. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür war kein Problem. Kurze Wege zu Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. 5 min zum LA Observatory, 5 min zum Hollywood Sign.

Cons: Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Alles super - 10 Punkte
