Excellent property and staff, however, with the nearly impossible damage contract, we were faced with an unavoidable sit

Pros: Our stay was excellent. It was just what we needed! The whole place was cute and the staff was very responsive.

Cons: I made sure to take a video of the entire property in order to avoid damage fees (per the contract we signed prior to check-in, any damages that are found without reporting prior to use will be blamed on the renter), however, although there were damages to cushions which I did not see upon first checking-in, I had to pay for the property damage. This difficult to be avoided; I would have had to scrutinize the ENTIRE property down to the to the smallest detail such as the corners of the couch cushions.

Perfect mountain getaway

Pros: Location was perfect! Central to Twin Peaks and Lake Arrowhead area and easy hiking. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast, teas, and kitchen amenities were just what we needed! We slept great. The size of the space was perfect for 2. The heating was also much appreciated. Would happily return & recommend to others!

Cons: Really there was nothing to dislike!
