Pros: Above all, I could feel the host's thoughtful consideration. It was clean, and everything needed for the stay was prepared in advance. There was a backyard, and parking was convenient as well. Very close by (1-2 minutes by car), there are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Peet's Coffee, Handel's Ice Cream (highly recommended), Vroman's Bookstore, bakeries, and Habit Burger, Hook Burger, In-N-Out Burger (slightly farther than the other two), gas stations, and more.

Cons: Hmm... There aren't any particular downsides about the accommodation. However, for those planning to stay here in the future, it might be a good idea to prepare some insect repellent or insect bite relief just in case. Since there's a backyard and the house has wooden floors, there might be some small insects. I had prepared them just in case, and very useful.

Wonderful location

Pros: Great location. Convient to many places. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: Only had small issues. Had to spray the ants at the main door and found some animal hair on the couch. Fortunately the vacuum was right there and the kids had no problems with thier allergies.

Our stay was good 👍 specially the very fast respond from the host very good n helpful eventhough at the end of our stay

Pros: Everything okay for the property only a suggestion to have smoother path way from the car park to the entrance door of the house so will be easier to move all the luggage.

Cons: Bath room need to have proper hook to hang towels.

Excellent

Pros: The house was well taken care of and had all sorts of nice amenities - filtered water, nest thermostat that worked great, fun lights that auto turned on in the back yard, comfy beds and all pillows were nice. I also really appreciated that there was laundry detergent that we could use and dish soap, etc. for us the location was perfect and walking distance to a cupcake shop/cafe!

Cons: If you leave dirty dishes in the sink, the ants will come pretty quickly. But that's honestly just how California is.

Home away from home to share a transformative week with dear friends!

Pros: We walked in and it immediately felt like home. We all were very impressed with how clean the whole place was and how everything we needed was right there. We were three friends coming to Pasadena from NYC/Virginia/the OC to attend a very intensive dance teacher certification program and it was so ideal to come home and relax. The backyard patio(s) were wonderful to have either a morning coffee or a glass of wine under the twinkling lights. We definitely will rent again and/or will tell everyone what a gem we found!

Cons: There were a lot of fabulous glasses to choose from but no wine glasses. It would have been nice to have a few no stem wine glasses.

Great house and location

Pros: The location is right off the highway and close to shops and market

Pros: Beautiful house well kept and clean in a very convenient location everything we needed was a short drive

Pros: Leuk huis beetje buiten het centrum, maar vlakbij de snelweg. Communicatie met de eigenaar verliep via Whatsapp en ging heel vlot. Leuke tuin om 's avonds te ontspannen. Wasmachine en droogkast aanwezig.

Cons: Er zijn 5 slaapplaatsen, maar in het huis staat een tafel met 4 stoelen en buiten op het terras een kleine tafel met slechts 2 stoelen. In de lounge in de tuin is er wel genoeg plaats voor iedereen, dus hebben we daar gegeten alhoewel dat niet zo handig was.

Excellent place to stay. Definitely would recommend.

Pros: Everything About it was great. Very roomy and comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Close to shopping and dining. You could walk to the grocery store in five minutes which was very nice to have so close. Freeway access is right around the corner so it makes it easy to go anywhere else that you need to go. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.
