Spacious Home with Garden & Pool

It does what it says in the description!

Pros: Overall the house and pool were of a high specification and very spacious providing a very acceptable base for our stay and our large family group of 7 and we would recommend it to others.

Cons: Small things, but it would be useful to have a washing line to hang out towels etc to dry. The kitchen, while generally well appointed, was lacking in some cutlery and only the hob worked and not the oven itself!

Pros: The house is located in a peaceful place. The house itself is really nice equipped with a large and deep swimming pool. The house can easily hosts 12 people with all equipments you may need. The kitchen in particular is fully equipped with modern and efficient equipments. We warmly recommend this place to stay for North LA.

Villa comoda per famiglia numerosa

Pros: Bellissima casa in un quartiere residenziale tranquillo. Molto spaziosa, con 4 camere e due bagni, una zona giorno enorme, un patio coperto e una piscina molto bella. In giardino c’è una piccola dependance con uno spogliatoio e un altro bagno.

Cons: Il giardino non è curatissimo. Inoltre durante il nostro soggiorno sono entrati per due volte degli estranei: una volta per portare del materiale da lavoro (tegole) e una mattina (all’alba!) sono arrivati due “giardinieri” i quali hanno iniziato a pulire con il soffiatore ovunque facendo volare quindi polvere, terra, peli di animali dappertutto, compresa la nostra roba appesa fuori ad asciugare… non vi dico quindi la piscina… ho scritto al proprietario, riportando il problema e mi ha risposto dicendomi che quello era il giorno dei giardinieri… ok, ma magari sarebbe carino avvisare in anticipo gli ospiti! (E possibilmente non farmi venire all’alba)

Pros: La casa è molto bella e accogliente in una zona residenziale fuori Los Angeles ma si raggiunge il centro con facilità.

Cons: Unico problema era acqua fredda nelle docce, solo nella vasca da bagno era calda

Overall it was an amazing stay. The hosts were nice and very quick to respond to any questions.

Pros: The day of arrival the host texted us the door code to use. It was very easy process. The pool and home are beautiful. There is plenty of room. The hosts were very kind and quickly responded to all of our questions

Cons: Bed were very hard, which I expected with it being a rental property. There were no baking sheets. And the oven/stove sometimes worked well.

It was a perfect house to stay

Pros: The property was amazing and accommodated exactly what we needed!

Cons: We could have used more towels

Pros: The property was great! & the host was amazing very friendly & great instructions. Everything was very clean it smelled good when we walked in & the home was super spacious sleeps a lot of people. The pool was beautiful & the restroom out side by the pool came in handy! Over all a beautiful home I would most definitely stay here again & I recommend booking for your family vacation.

Wonderful house in a great location.

Pros: The house itself was great and the kids really enjoyed the pool. The location was perfect. It was close to my family, groceries, restaurants, etc. It was also easy to get to from LAX.

Cons: The kitchen could have been a little better equipped with pans for the oven and serving utensils. But all in all everything I needed was there.
