Excellent stay and would absolutely book again.

Pros: Lovely property - very well furnished and clean. In a walkable distance to downtown Santa Monica while also having lots of shops and cafes on the doorstep. A very quiet and lovely neighbourhood.

Pros: Everything. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and even better than expected. The location is perfect, safe, and ideal for discovering Santa Monica and Los Angeles while still feeling calm and private. The host is exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. She anticipated everything we might need and made sure the house was perfectly equipped so we never had to rush out to buy basic essentials. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay from the very first moment. The overall atmosphere of the place makes you feel instantly comfortable, relaxed, and at home.

Cons: Honestly, nothing. There is absolutely nothing negative to mention. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations.

Pros: Wonderful Host, great location with walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery store Great neighborhood…if your destination is Santa Monica and in need for specious space and many rooms this is the perfect place for you Again the host Jaleh was wonderful and so accommodating and helpful

Cons: Not fully equipped Kitchen (due to city regulations) and its a kitchenette but it was enough for us and our needs and very spacious
