Stunning Hollywood Midcentury Modern-Views-Best Location!

It was like a stay with old friends house...

Pros: Very good location, comfortable and fully equipped villa. Ready to help owners :) Nina is great! Excellent views, easy to get to main city points: Universal, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Griffith Observatory. Same time very quiet in the night.

Cons: One day, somebody made serious noise early in the morning. Not sure if it was neighbor or some civil workers team.

Perfect home for a couple of days.

Pros: Beautiful house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nicely designed, great interior design. Marvelous view - sitting in the hills.

Amazing support in the wildfires

Pros: We were caught in the wildfires and while we were evacuated, Nina was an outstanding host that kept us informed throughout. A fabulous house in an incredible location.

Cons: Wildfires cutting our stay short!

Heaven is a place in Laurel Canyon!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Nina’s house in Laurel Canyon. The place was cozy, clean, and filled with charming details that made us feel right at home. The location is perfect – peaceful, yet just a short drive from everything we wanted to explore in LA. Nina was an attentive and friendly host, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We’d happily return and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a serene canyon getaway!

The perfect getaway from LA

Pros: We loved the location, the indoor & outdoor space & the atmosphere

Cons: One small point : wine glasses could be added but otherwise perfect

Pros: Heel leuk huis, nette badkamers, volledige keuken met afwasmachine, koffie en thee aanwezig. Zeer makkelijke incheck en uitcheck. Vriendelijk en snel contact met Nina. Slaapbanken in woonkamer ook comfortabel voor volwassenen, maar wel wat weinig gordijnen.

Cons: Niets.

What a wonderful family stay of 4 nights, great location, super host, highly recommended!

Pros: Everything was wonderful: the location, the stylish 70’s house with everything needed for a great family stay. Nice big garden, no grass but rich plants and more than enough seatings for breakfast etc. Large Smart TV in the living room. Wonderful cozy beds with perfect sleeping quality. However, best is the wonderful host Nina, who was extremely kind texting and on the phone when we had a little issue with the gas oven. Would have been great to meet her in person and to talk about the movies she made (you can see the movie posters in the house), maybe next time 🙂

Location! Location! Location!

Pros: This was an outstanding experience staying in the heart of Laurel Canyon. We were in town for concerts at the Hollywood Bowl, and this had great close proximity to the venue as well as Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, downtown Hollywood. What a find, thank you Nina!

Pros: This is a nicely appointed home located near many Hollywood sights. The decor is very nice. The home is clean and spacious.

Cons: Some road noise from street below but the noise did not bother us too much.

Eine unglaublich tolles Haus - wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Pros: Das Haus ist einfach unglaublich toll. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und Mails wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Es gab alle Informationen zur Anreise rechtzeitig vorher. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Zimmer und die Küche sind toll ausgestattet. Wir lieben den Garten und die Frühstücksecke, das große Schlafzimmer, den riesigen Wohnbereich und das extra Zimmer. Man spürt den Charme des Midcentury Hauses. Genau was wir wollten. Gepaart mit modernen Möbeln und moderner Technik. Die Lage ist super. Man fährt nur die Straße runter, einmal um die Ecke und ist schon auf dem Hollywood Boulevard. Besser geht es nicht. Wie gesagt, jederzeit wieder !!!

Cons: Da gibt es nichts. Es war einfach super.
