Dreamy Farmhouse in Studio City

Great location and good facilities - would stay again

Pros: On-street parking outside. Good garden space. The host provides good facilities. Close to Universal Studios and Warner Brothers Studios. Close to 101 Freeway and Burbank airport. Easy to get to downtown LA, Santa Monica, and further afield in the greater Los Angeles area.

Cons: The door code was sent on the day of travel (flying). This meant I needed data connectivity to collect my email and the door code. The instructions didn't clarify which door I had to access. I went to the wrong door as I couldn't see how you got through the gate (pull the string!) to the right door, at the back. Once I did get into the property, there were no instructions to access the Wi-Fi. These details were online, which needed more data to access! Being tired at this point, as I had flown internationally across multiple time zones, this all seemed an unnecessary hassle and was stressful. Why this information couldn't have been sent prior to travelling, I don't know. After this initial hiccup, everything else was fine.

Pros: Very spacious. Well equipped. Clean. Adorable. Perfect location.

The home was perfect for our family of 4 and our small dog. Great neighborhood felt safe.

Pros: The property was very cute and modern. Perfect for a couple or small family

Cons: The dishwasher was still full of dishes when we got there. Initially we thought they were clean but many were still dirty. We had to scrape off the old food and rerun the dishwasher

Great Place!

Pros: Great place! Outdoor space is a plus. You can walk to coffee shops, small grocery store and a few restaurants. I would stay here again. Space is comfortable for 3 people. Liked having a washer and dryer in unit.

Cons: Cost and too early of check out time. It was 10, asked to get late check out and answer was no. Dirty dishes in dishwasher when arrived, otherwise was clean.

Pros: I love the house, it's layout and decor are very cozy ..

Pros: The place is adorable and although the property is on a street that can be busy at times, it remains quite peaceful inside the house and yard.

Cons: The price and fees are rather high

Pros: Dreamy farmhouse was perfect for my family and I.  it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.I was nervous for the location not knowing the area but neighborhood seemed very quiet and friendly. I highly recommend, and will be using again in the future. Also good communication, Property owner was available for questions at any time.

Great place, needs a few small changes

Pros: It’s a beautiful house, very modern and the area is gorgeous with lots of restaurants nearby. It was easy to walk to things. The house was extremely clean, spotless really, and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen.

Cons: Beds were not comfortable at all. Not really anywhere to sit to eat except a tiny coffee table. Some screens were missing on windows. A warn blanket would have been nice, as I spent all three nights shivering. There was a thin blanket in the closet, but that was it. No hangers for your clothes. The mirrors in the upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom need to be switched. None of this is major and it was overall a very nice place, but some attention to detail is missing.
