Pros: The place was very clean, and they provided a high chair for our baby as requested. We had a great stay!
Cons: Wish the Wi-Fi info was shared earlier. Saw ants and spiders often.

Spacious and fully equipped
Pros: Spacious and fully equipped! Kitchen and W/D were so helpful, bed was comfortable. Loooots of space so it was very comfortable moving around with 3 people in the house. Also in a good part of town that's quiet and close to places we needed to go. Host was responsive and accommodating. This house is a much better value for your money than staying in a hotel guaranteed. Just a suggestion- maybe a one-pager guide with various information about the wifi, TV log on (had to figure this one out a bit as it was unresponsive when we started using it - but resetting everything worked), maybe suggestions and tips for the area would be lovely. I've seen something like this in airbnbs I've stayed at and it is a big help! Place still is great though.

I never normally do reviews but I really can’t praise Azat enough as a host and for the great “home from home”.
Pros: Location is very private in a nice residential area. Newly renovated to a high standard with well equipped spacious open plan kitchen and living area, large bedroom, washing machine and dryer and truly great host who is there when you need him but otherwise leaves you to do your own thing. One example of the kind of guy he is however is that when my rental car had a flat battery he called his own breakdown recovery service and kept me posted on progress - truly above and beyond service - thank you!!

Pros: Very nice home, centrally located near restaurants, shops, freeway and more. Free parking on the street. The host was very nice, welcomed us and assisted with any request we had. I will definately recommend this property.

Pros: Labai švarus, erdvus, naujai ir moderniai įrengtas apartamentas atskirame nedideliame name kaip supratau šalia šeimininko gyvenamo namo. Gyvenime dviese, bet erdvės pakaktų ir keliaujant su vaiku. Ne centrinis rajonas, tačiau su automobiliu pagrindinės LA lokacijos pasiekiamos per maždaug 30 min. Nemokamas parkingas, saugi kaimynystė ir visas rajonas. Maisto parduotuvė už kelių min kelio su mašina. Apartamente radome visko ko reikia gyvenimui ilgesniam apsistojimui, gyvenome savaitę. Geras kainos ir kokybės santykis.

Schönes Haus in hübscher, ruhiger Wohngegend mit toller Ausstattung und nettem Gastgeber
Pros: Das Haus lag in einem hübschen, ruhigen Wohngebiet und war sehr schön. Es war modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Sohn hatte während des Aufenthalts Geburtstag und er hat ihm einen riesigen Geburtstagsballon geschenkt. Als kurzfristig die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging, hat er sofort eine neue bestellt und diese war am nächsten Tag schon da und konnte benutzt werden.

Thank you for making the place comfortable and we loved everything about the property!
Pros: The property is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, we felt we are surrounded in a place that is peace and no one can bother us. Plus, the house has everything, including cloth washing machines and dryer that we used daily for our visit in the LA area as we go out every day to the Universal Studios, Hollywood, and visiting friends, etc.
Cons: Small things that we can ask the owner to provide like a can opener and detergent for our clothing but we didn’t ask and I’m sure if we ask the owner will certainly provide.
