Pros: The cleanliness. This place was clean and beautifully kept. I especially like the kitchen and would have loved cooking in the kitchen if we had been there longer.

Cons: Nothing. It worked great for us

Pros: Very cozy and the bedroom with thr futon was huge . Plenty of space.

Cons: Nothing that staff could do but it rained and was very cold. Outside of that my stay was excellent.

Worked perfect for our before cruise stay!

Pros: It was clean, comfortable beds, had ample parking for our mini van, lots of nearby food and shopping, great host. Loved the little outdoor sitting area. Never had any trouble backing out of the driveway on the slightly busy street. The host left snacks and the house felt very secure.

Cons: Nothing really. If you are very sensitive to sound there is some vehicle noise on a semi busy street, but in the back bedroom I didn’t hear it at all. Also, it was a hot day when we got there and without central air it did take a little bit for the window air conditioners to cool the house down, but once they did, the house was very comfortable. Just a heads up for anyone very sensitive to such things.

Our stay here was relaxing before our vacation trip the next day.

Pros: Had separate areas for everyone to sleep, loved lounging outback had an amazing time.

Cons: Can’t complain, wonderful price, location, bang for your buck here better than staying at a hotel!

Pros: This clean, comfy house was just what our extended family needed to gather before a sailing trip. Three bedrooms provided plenty of luggage and sleeping space. The huge refrigerator accommodated all of our food for the upcoming 4 days plus room for ice blocks in the freezer. The coffee selection was a pleasant surprise. It saved pulling out our boat breakfast box. We breakfasted on fruit, eggs, and toast purchased from a local store. The living spaces cooled down quickly with the window air conditioners. Although on a fairly busy street, we could get our truck in and out easily. Nice restaurants were within walking distance on quiet residential streets. There were huge TV's in every room. We streamed Disney + on one.

Cons: The beds were fairly comfy. The water heater was set really hot, be careful you don't get scalded.
