Overall, very nice accommodations, easy access and great communication with host.

Pros: Great location, easy access to the beach across the street, some nice nearby establishments. Calico Fish house was very good as was the pizza across the street and Green Cheek. Comfortable home. Nice patio area. All conveniences available. Access to Huntington Harbor via the duffy boat and kayaks was a neat experience.

Cons: Duffy boat was nice but very slow and needs maintenance. Many of the window zippers broken. Kayaks were ok but all attachment \
