Pros: Excellent location in very quiet and peaceful area. It was only a few minutes drive to Universal Studios. The host was very pleasant and helpful. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.

Pros: Location is great, quiet and being close to Universal city, and host Avi is very responsive, and we could tell he really makes effort in keeping the place clean.

Cons: Mentioned to Avi that AC in both rooms had issue in being consistently working, that it would work for couple minutes then stop by itself while the room temperature was not reaching set temperature, didn't try cooling function though, just the heating part.
