Private Balcony and Coastal Escape

Pros: I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The private balcony and ocean view were absolutely relaxing. Natty was a lovely and thoughtful host — communication was smooth and friendly. She even followed up personally after my stay and truly cared about guest feedback. I’d definitely love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Barbara!

Cons: Everything was perfect! My only small suggestion would be to add a bit more light-blocking for the circular window near the sofa bed, which would make it completely ideal.

Pros: A beautiful property. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The decorations inside were very nice and then wow the outside area with seating and lounges must be seen to be believed. A lot of care and effort went into it. The location is quite convenient just east of Santa Barbara. There were lots of free drinks and snacks provided and the host provided many helpful recommendations.

Brand new, fully equipped property in a perfect location north of Los Angeles, with an amazing host.

Pros: The structure is modern and has all the comforts necessary for a long stay, especially in the kitchen there was no lack of any type of accessory. The location of the property is excellent for getting around the north part of Los Angeles.

Great place for a getaway.

Pros: The location had two washers and dryers for use. The location was perfect for cycling with easy access to the coast and mountain roads. Although close to the highway you would never know due to the natural environment acting as a noise barrier. There is a beautiful boutique cafe within walking distance for morning coffee or a bite to eat. The apart was very comfortable and the host thought of everything from charging cords, to board games and complimentary drinks and snacks. The community outdoor living space was beautifully kept and was serene. I definitely recommend and would stay again.

Pros: Apartments were very well-appointed and grounds were exceptional. Gift baskets + drinks in the refrigerator were a very classy touch! It's less than a 4 minute walk into Summerland village, about a mile to Loon Point Beach, and right in between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. Our host Natty checked in 2-3 times with us to make sure our stay was going well. It was! We are already discussing our next visit to this property. It's a wonderful place run by truly caring people.
