A most excellent, safe stay with a warm and welcoming environment.
Pros: A lovely, well furnished, modern good-sized studio, well equipped with hi-tech gadgets…power-controlled window shades, robot vacuum cleaner, TV screen on fridge door, touch sensor tap, wonderful bathrooms with rain shower and Alexa (haha but she talks in the night so we got the host to turn her off! 😅) Lots of other staff that we didn’t even use - TV with many channels, video games, manga novels. The fridge and cabinets are well-stocked with coffee capsules, condiments, etc. the place is just as the pictures shown in the listing. The hosts, David and Razik are very friendly, welcoming, hospitable, helpful and did our laundry for us! They live in the main house and in a very nice and safe neighborhood, close to many amenities and attractions. We felt totally at home during our 15 nights stay and highly recommend this to anyone planning a stay in LA county area.
Cons: No parking on site. The hosts recommend parking on a street across the road. But during our 15 nights stay, we parked along Duarte Road, just outside the house. No big deal, a nice space available for us everyday! 🤗

Comfortable, enjoyable and relaxing
Pros: The house is tucked behind another house. So despite the busy street, there was no traffic sound inside the apartment. All the facilities are modern and easy to use. The bed was comfortable, bathroom has two shower heads, one of them overhead. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner lives in the main house, and came to explain things. So communication was easy.
Cons: Parking. Though I could on the busy street, the owner highly recommended me to park on the side street which was no problem, except one had to cross the busy street to get back to the apartment. This is not a major concern though.

A Warm Welcoming Airbnb That Cares About Their Customers!
Pros: This was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. They had a beautiful kitchen with a full size stove, fridge, and microwave. They had an A/C unit, Fan, Beach Towels, Sunscreen. Extra pillows and bedding as well as an Xbox with lots of games and movies. They even had Manga. They added complimentary waters and sodas in the fridge which was so sweet. We felt super welcomed and safe! The room is behind a gate on the property and the hosts greeted us every morning. We would definitely visit again! Thank you so much for the beautiful room.
Cons: The only thing that wasnt the best is we had to park on the street, which I wasn't aware of prior to booking the stay. We found parking easily though so everything was good!

Pros: 廚房真的非常棒! 器具和調料應有盡有，還有大冰箱。 住很多天可以自炊超級方便。 鑰匙領取直接用密碼開門很方便。 停車的話屋主會跟你說哪邊可以免費停車~ 有獨立出入口十分棒!! 整體很乾淨 要注意一下燈光可以自己調亮度，裡面的家電需要熟悉一下使用（可以拍照然後問AI如何使用） 也有抽油煙機喔！
Cons: 1. 洗澡是軟水有點不習慣，水會滑滑的。 2. 床鋪有點軟會陷下去~

非常棒！非常喜歡的住宿，可以自炊的廚房和冰箱真的是大加分。
Pros: 1. 位置很棒，附近有24小時7-11和麥當勞 星巴克等等 2. 雖然住宿沒有車位但附近有可以免費停車的地方 3. 廚房超級棒! 還有鐵板可以烤肉 是瓦斯爐 冰箱也很大 可以放許多採買物品 4. 浴室很乾淨 熱水定溫很好 防水也很棒 而且有蓮蓬頭可以取下來 (也有固定花灑) 5. 有許多遊戲和桌遊 (但我們沒有使用) 6. 雖然我們因航班問題，半夜抵達，但是管理者有預先提供給我們密碼可以進入，很方便。 7. 屋子內有許多很實用的高科技巧思 8. WIFI速度很棒，連線很穩 9. 開車5分鐘以內就有超是可以購買
Cons: 1. 有點可惜是床睡久會陷下去，有點不太習慣，枕頭偏高，不過櫃子裡有比較低的枕頭可以用。

Great Value-- hope to book again!
Pros: The location was great! It was an easy drive to the three destinations we needed to go to on a short weekend trip: Santa Anita Mall, The Huntington, and The Rose Bowl.
Cons: I don't have any complaints, but I am a bit sensitive to smells and the scent left from the cleaning product was a bit overpowering. So, if I had any advice, it would be to use unscented products or something that was not as strong.

Excellent hosts, very good location. I'd definitely recommend this place!
Pros: The hosts, David and Nazik, as well as their son, were very helpful and welcoming. Needs were addressed immediately, and questions were answered quickly. I had one special need, and David kindly made sure to arrange for an accommodation to be made for me.
Cons: During a couple of the evenings and nights there were some loud clunks on the walls, sounding something like furniture being pushed into the wall between the unit and the hosts' residence. I don't know what it actually was, but it was jarring when it occurred.

Great location, amazing price, beautiful apartment, hospitable and kind host, high-speed internet.
Pros: The location is amazing, super safe, 7-11 close by. The host was kind, hospitable, the check-in was smooth and flexible. Given the location, closeness to Pasadena and Caltech, the price was very, very good. The apartment overall had all the amenities and more, super clean and lovely place to stay. High-speed internet as well.
