Pros: The apt was well furnished and parking was included. The area felt safe and the building itself felt safe.

Cons: The stairs .. there’s no elevator and the apt is on the second floor after the initial stairs from the parking garage.

Little gem in a big city.

Pros: The place is gorgeous and relaxing, as evidenced by the sunrise. We stayed there for our trip to LA and loved it. The washer and dryer were nice, and Target Drive was about 5 minutes away. There is a balcony on the top floor that would be great for morning coffee. Also, the bed was amazing. Our car was stolen in Long Beach, and she was very accommodating and empathetic about reentering the lodging past midnight, as our keys were inside the vehicle. Not once did she have negative things to say or fail to respond. In short, the place was beautiful, the host was very caring, and the gated garage helped ease security concerns. Thank you Kelly for this amazing stay.

Cons: Very minor items were noticed but were fine with me and my daughter. Please note that this place does not offer an elevator as this may be a hinderance to disabled guests. (Great way to get your steps in.) Also, this is a shared building with tenants. (Dont be discouraged, the rental was gorgeous) Recommendation: (not negative related) I would recommend to Kelly, minor scuff paint touchups, adding an additional tv in the 2nd bedroom, having small cleaning items (brooms, swiffer mop, plunger) for longer stay guests. (I was once a maid in a hotel and love to have cleaning supplies available) Also, the small window in the lower bedroom, it would be nice to have a curtain or window cling as my kiddo could sleep a bit better.
